If it was me I would give it all back but 500.00, including the shipping and crate charge. Why, even haggle? Is this worth a few hundred dollars? There was no deposit required so honestly you have no right to keep any of it, unless you ship the dog and I know at this point I would not ship the dog to a person who doesn't want it.

This is my personal opinion and has nothing to do with PDB, Oli or any other admin.

Just because i just signed up doesnt mean anything. I lurked for a long while researching broker types for a future purchase. I decided to post because i was sold a dog exactly the same circumstance. Spent hard earned money, got what i thought was a nice dog for home and wanted a couple of litters only to find out after studding him out to a couple of friends females and going to the vet because those females came up empty only to find out he was sterile. I made SURE to refund the stud fees IN FULL because that was thought thing to do. THAT was the ETHICAL thing to do regardless. I have learned an expensive lesson......BUYER BEWARE

Well now I am going to give everyone my opinion. No she should not give you all your money back. You sent her X amount of dollars to buy this dog. You were not honest in the beginning about why you wanted the dog. When you sent her the money you were guaranteed to get the dog. BUT had she had a buyer for the dog in this time period she couldn't have sold it because the dog was promised to you. So had she had a buyer, she lost money dealing with you. So she is within her right to keep some of your money. And if you really need your money and it was hard for you to buy the dog then how can you afford to spend double the amount on another dog?

I wouldn't sell you a hamster. I don't deal with people like you because it is way too much of a hassle. I am at the point where I can keep a dog as long as I need to to find a nice hassle free home for it. You can call me, after the sale, I will help you, I will take the dog back--whatever needs to be done to resolve the problem.

I think it is fair she is willing to only keep $700. She deserves it................

I do not know J German either. I do feel for him because i had the same thing happen to me. bhall you would have done better for yourself by being the bigger person and settling all your business be it dogs, equipment or kennels in private. Everytime you come on this website and air your business you only damage yourself.

Llolly, she didn't come on here and start this. Juan started it. And she came on here to defend herself and tell her side of the story. And how do you know she is only damaging herself? Have you bought a dog from her and then been screwed? If not then you need to go find you some business. Anyone would come on here to try to defend themselves and tell their side of the story. And before you get crappy with me saying how I feel, I am not a friend of hers. We know each others names from right here and have a time or two posted on the same threads. But as a person who is deep into dogs, I understand the situation and I know what I would do. The very same thing.
