Well, after calling around, 3 weeks is pretty standard a wait, & not as long as some. The doctor I called for a consult felt I could wait that long, given my CTs, & the oncologist's office said they would see if they could squeeze me in sooner, but that they did not feel they were jeopardizing any other organs to metastasis in the interim. So now I wait. jackie harris

Ugh, the waiting is sooooo hard. Doesn't hurt to call regularly to see if there is a cancellation. Still praying for you, Jackie. Xxxxx

JH; just a word from the wise, try to get your second opinion before you go in. Very important and will help to ease your surgery stress for before and after the surgery. JUst know we are thinking about you and sending well wishes. Hug your dog(s) and of course your hubby. Nan
