Ibrahim, that is what I have been saying but he emailed me wanting me to take Orex and get him tested. Then he wants to to sell him another dog. Not going to happen. He can purchase a young Schh3 kkl1 stud dog for $3,500 somewhere else.

But send to me my money. You dont need to sell to me anything,
Only take the money that I send to you, And send it back to me.

I think you will receive your money back, you can't force her to make the test and you can't force her to send you another dog. She has the right to make some deduction for cancelling the deal if she wishes to, but the amount deducted should be fair, My opinion.

It is not very fair but it is FAIR and good enough. I suggest you accept and I want to thank Birgit for agreeing to send you your money back and proving being a good honest LADY.

I looked back at some other posts by bhall and seems a one time reputable person has spiraled down hill. When she has an issue she comes here to this website and discredits people whether it is about kennels or dogs or whatever...... It is a bully tactic and poor character. I am learning to do my homework on who to buy from and who not...... Buyer Beware and the old adage of the customer is always right have both gone out the window and money is the root of all evil could not be more true!
