Well, that explains it! It was all the vet's fault, I knew somebody ahd to be responsible for the mix up. Good thing the pups were checked at the airport in Phoenix and Hans "got the right pup."

"Respectfully Hans, I disagree. The issue at PDB is not weather the dogs coming from Jinopo or Alpine K9 are quality dogs. I am sure there are 100's if not 1000's of very satisfied customers of yours. Having said that, there is this young lady, that spent her hard earned money on what she thought would be her next dream dog, from what she perceived to be one of the best breeders/importers of Czech GSD's. You, Jinopo/Alpine in turn sent her a dog with a serious defect (overbite).
There really is no excuse for that. She would not be facing very expensive surgeries for this dog's hips, that were severely dysplastic btw, if the dog was delivered as promised: free of any defects. To say that no one noticed the overbite is ridiculous on your part. You did not do the right thing after the sale period.
I always considered Alpine K9 and Jinopo as a possible source, for a future purchase of my next working dog, however based on the way you handled this situation, you are off my list.
Posting feel good e-mails from friends/customers as above, has nothing to do with anything really."

Thanks for letting us see the post.Prager Hans is not as honest as he claims to be
And he would have never returned the money unless she files suite of she posted his name in public.

That was your opinion, (and mine too pretty much ;) ) but still, it was respectfully written, I think. I don't see how ones opinion can be a lie.
With all the posts in which Hans has defended freedom of speech, and how he hates censorship, his deleting your post on his forum is somewhat a surprise.
Then again, maybe not.

I just finished reading all 30 pages and feel very much for the OP and Kaiser. Hopefully they can move forward and make the best out of a very bad situation. It seems as if Hans has finally rectified the situation handed to him by Jiri as many on here have called for him to do. Whether or not the posters here had anything to do with that or whether it was timely can be argued for perpetuity. There are very many on here who are very generous in their offerings of assistance to her and that is great. There is also a mob on here that would love to see the worst for Hans and Jiri. Many of them are former supporters of these guys or competitors of theirs. I have learned firsthand that the dog world can be a pretty sh-tty place. I have been to hell and back with GSDs and know what a dishonest breeder and a sh-t GSD is. These guys haven't spent their lives producing sh-t. There is a good reason they have become popular and you see their dogs listed as foundation dogs in many of the best known breeding programs around the world. You can't have it both ways. I myself obtained a male from Hans' Quint/ Erin litter 2 yrs ago, who is fantastic by any measure. This, after having the worst dog of my life the yr before(DDR from the worst Breeder/person i've ever had the displeasure of doing business with(man hating, scorned woman who got along better with dogs than she ever could with people). Lets face it folks. These dogs are all man made. Being man made they are bound to have flaws along the way(like all of us). It sounds as if Hans and Jiri have made some mistakes. It also sounds as if they could be alot better organized and communicate better. That being said I dont think it is fair to discount everything they have devoted their entire lives to. I do not know Jiri. I do like some of his dogs but would prefer to do my business here in the USA. I have met Hans personally, flown to AZ, seen his kennel and met Debbie. I can tell you all he is a no BS guy who is abrubt and to the point. He has a knowledge of dogs and genetics that very few people in the dog world possess. Not all people can handle his strong personality but you have to respect where he is coming from and what he has produced. To call for the end of Alpinek9 would make alot of customers very unhappy and be a great disservice to the breed as well. To say these dogs never go on to accomplish anything is also assinine. Jinopo had many titled dogs and many of Hans dogs go on to become REAL working dogs whos contributions are to society as a whole and not just their owners ego's. The threat about showing up In AZ at Hans/Jiris seminar so you can put your hands around their necks is also way out of line. It actually makes me want to be sure that I attend.

It shows he does not always speak the truth

And maybe others who don't want to support such business practices might be turned off, too. Who knows?
...and another thing, so many on here have stated their support in the past, sang praises even to Hans, maybe what you are seeing is our collective reaction to being betrayed as well. Think about it. When you recommend a friend to someone for business, you don't want that friend to be taken advantage of, do you?

I wondered how long it would take for someone to catch that.
