My son had the neurophaty and neuropsis from his crushed foot and leg and 23 surgeries to stop the nerves that had no endings and he found that vitamin D with magnesium every night did better than all the pain meds and pills and other chemicals..
Ask your oncologist if you can do the magnesium ajnd a real natural one also..It relaxes the muscles and your body is probably needy for it..]

When my mom had chemo induced neuropathy the chemo nurse recommended Acetyl L-carnatine. She purchased it at a health food store. Here is an article on it: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17696592

JRANSOM, thank you very much! My Kaligirl would indicate my low blood sugars, & in the clip with the dog checking the samples on the wheel, that is just what Ansgar would do, sniff my lower abdomen & sit down & just stare at me, with such serious, anxious eyes. Our dogs possess such amazing abilities, that we are just beginning to comprehend. I owe my life to my girl. Had I accepted my doctors statement that it was "nothing", my aggressive cancer would have spread further & killed me. A treat of steak seems like nothing compared to what I owe her. I've said it before, but I'll say it again, trust your dogs! They know, & they know us, better than we know ourselves!
