So does that mean there are very few quality training venues or dogs in U.S.?
Your above statement confuses me?( about very few dog hotspots)

I am pretty sure I am not confusing you at all... 😎
There are ( in % of the amount of bred GSDS ) only a "few" working dog Hot Spots in the States, but they do exist, and everybody interested in a certain sport ( not only IPO, that's just mine, the sport I know the most about ), will have no problems to find them ( results, consistancy... ).
Those clubs would be the place for me to visit in case I'd be in search of a good dog - no videos, no import - but that's just me..
