Brother and sister bi-colors, parents both blanket back black & tans, rest of litter blanket backs.  Sorry the uploader isn't working for me, and photobucket is making the pictures small.

It is hard to see in the standing photo, but you can see on her back legs in the nursing photo and how dark the belly is.  The last photo is of one of her pups

Here is a pup from my current litter, I would call him a dark black/tan...

by Ibrahim on 14 December 2010 - 20:12

Jyl: Beautiful pigment, I love his hooks and paws, very striking.

 Jamille,

Can you post one more picture of the above dog in your last post that shows her tail better, I'd love to see more of that tail.

Here is my Jax.  I would have always said bi-color but from looking at the pictures of everyone else's dog I would say black/tan or Black/red.

I would have never thought he would have come out this color due to his parents but my breeder said that Illo's gene's had a influence.  To me I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up looking like Illo.

Illo I believe was considered bi-color.

Here you go, this is pretty much the same angle, but hopefully you can see the tail slightly better.

The next photo is one of her daughters.

 Jamille,

The picture does not show her tail as best as could but I think she has a striking tail one does not see often on GSDs. I think this is what is meant by saber when at rest.
