Praying you get good results! Jackie, The neuropathy takes a good deal of time to resolve. Is the neuropathy causing pain or does it just feel really weird? My mom had it in her feet and hands and it took a couple months before she felt improvement and it continued to improve for a number of months after that. PLease keep us posted! xxxxxx

I'm sorry, haven't been here since I posted that, life is busy!  I'm trying to sell my Jeep to pay for the new one :)  I have a good friend who suffers from neuropathy and I know it's pretty painful, hope it subsides.  Keep us posted on your CT and good luck!  Oasis

Thank you, Blitzen, Susie, StarrChar, & Travels! I won't stop fighting, for sure. Unfortunately my neuropathy causes pain, numbness from just above my ankles, & now muscle weakness....in fact I actually fell on Wednesday in a parking lot-so embarressing- dinged up my knees & shoulder. The curb was rolled & I was concentrating on my packages. I just couldn't feel where my feet were, & when I tried to save myself, my legs just collapsed. Talk about red in the face! And my poor husband nearly had a stroke! Thankfully no real damage, except to my pride! But it is worrying me, as I've never had anything like that happen before! I see my oncologist next week, so I'll see if anything, like PT, might help. In the mean time, now Carl doesn't want me walking the dogs alone....& I kind of agree. That really shook me. I've taken tumbles during training, & off horses, etc., but never just had my legs buckle on me.
Aside from that, & what appears to be a radiation burn, small one, no big deal, I'm ok! I had a colonoscopy on Monday which showed no suspicion of metastasis, so I'm feeling confident....so ....we'll see next Wed!
Wish me luck!

Ok! I have to tell you all, who have been so good to me, so kind & so supportive.....I just was proclaimed no evidence of disease!!!! My doctor says I did it! I beat cancer!!!! WoooHooo!

He also said it would take 5 or 6 months for the side effects of treatment to recede....but I don't go back for 4 months!!!

I'm just ecstatic tonight!!!!

And you all get big time kudos from me for getting me here!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
