this just might not have been the right combo and sadly Chrissy got the bad luck of a pup with problems.
Her pup seems to have drawn the genetic short straw on this. First the overbite and now the hips. Akin to lightning striking twice at the same spot....hopefully the elbows will come out clear.

Genetics is certainly the right word for the problems. I wonder if the littermates get bred? Time will tell.

Are the Czech pedigrees confirmed with DNA ?

The problem is when you look at both upper and lower part of the pedigree, you will see other than Norbo and Arys the pedigree is too close, lots of the same dogs on both sides. Genetically its like breeding brother to sister together.

Ghostly :
I know not czech lines so I had someone tell me and they said the same thing
It is like a sister /brother breeding but it isn't
the puppies' mother is the neice of his grandfather
Just one fact contributing to genetic corruption

I don't see any brother-sister breeding at all. How did you arrive at that conclusion ?
I do see that Furo Kamos is both the father of the sire and the grand-father of the pup's dam. That is definitely a close line-breeding, which in turn could throw up super-pups or its polar opposite, depending on whether the good genes or the weaker genes got concentrated into the resulting pups.....the ones who got a concentration of the weaker genes, in turn revealed some of the weaknesses that lay dormant within the genotype of the dominant gene donator, and the "super-pups" (if any) in turn showed the core strengths of the genotype.
If the "super-pups" within the litter are bred (no reason not to, IMO), then I would probably do a full "out-cross" into a totally unrelated line for the next-generational breeding, and then cross-back into familiar bloodline territory for the breeding after that.
That is as I see it.

will not go into it too much , but its more about the actual dogs used for breeding than whats on paper , linebreeding is soo much more than doubling up names on paper
and outcross combinations dont throw bad hips and bites offcoarse
