There you go again...completely twisting what I said: And what did the prez say yesterday....don't let SB turn citizens against each other, but out the other side of his mouth he says 'see sumpthin... send sumpthin.' And we're being told by the USAG to 'stay vigilant and if you notice a change in your neighbor, Report it to the police.
Good buy USA and hello Nazi Germany.'
BTW, California has stricter gun control than any state...gun control in France didn't prevent that slaughter either. Religion is at the root of those attacks not guns. They also had bombs, so you think pipes should be banned as well, and nails, etc? Same crap every time these whacos carry out their plan...still remains, guns didnt make them do it.

Ever consider some of those road and railroad deaths are
suicides, too ?
Makes no great difference to either the 'numbers game' or
to the basic tenet that people who are fixated on keeping
free(ish) access to guns (particularly hand guns) leave the
door wide open for nutters of every persuasion to get, keep
and use guns.

lol, no guns don't make people do it and no where on the face of the earth did anyone say that but another great deflection and talk about twisting. But what guns did do was make it easy to walk in and start murdering innocent people. Yes, a bomb could do more but that isn't the case here. And I remember back in the day how easy it was to get explosives - not so easy now a days. Just another deflection to helping solve the problem.
There are easy things we could do as Americans to help stop the gun violence. And not one of those limits your ability to own a gun. Not one. But you guys keep acting like someone is going to come and take your guns away. If that isn't delusional thinking I have no clue what is.
Instead of sitting here having an honest frank discussion on what could be done to help curb the deaths, you all would rather act like the government wants to take away the thing that makes you feel safe. Just like no amount of laws will completely stop gun violence - no amount of guns will completely make you safe.

Brady Bee made a very good point - maybe it´s more important to change society than to change laws.
Right now I´m glad that all the unhappy, poor, misunderstood, or mentally ill people in my country do have major difficulties to get access to firearms.
I really don´t want to get a call from university one day, telling me my son was shot because one of the students had a bad day...
