Not to hi-jack the thread, but is mega-E becoming more common? Is it associated with any particular lines? jackie harris

I think it seems to be more common because more and more are dealing with the issues instead of culling all of the affected pups. On top of that, when you continuously breed carriers, and breed those carriers, and those carriers, and so on it, it causes an increase in the amount of pups produced with it.

Mega E is seen in all lines of GSD's.
