The todays dogs are more and more angulated Both In the lower. Back and hindlegs it certainly not look good and are not healthy the angulation is not just the showlines but also the working Lines have gotten more of the banana look not pretty at All
Very difficult to get a dog with a naturel body
No wonder the breed suffers from alot of back and hindquarter problems

Echo, I agree. Something is "off."
Mitchell, why not answer? Are the parents the dogs in the pictures? If so, who are they? If not, who are they? Where did your puppy come from? Can you post his pedigree? You're saying the female isn't yours then? We're just curious- not a big deal.
You can't expect people not to be curious when you start a thread like this.

The poor guy might be afraid to post the pedigree or any more photos. I would be.

Well, sure, but the more posts w/out any answers, the more suspicion that's raised. I personally don't see how it matters who the dogs are, as it has nothing to do with the premise of the thread, but I can't disagree that they look like old pictures, either.

Hi MItchell 92 I recommend you go to the end of the thread re 'Origin of Arched Back' and go to my paper on this topic for a full and clear understanding of it.
