If the puppy carries another kennel name - could be another top breeder/kennel and excellent bloodline - but it carries another kennel name regardless - then this should be disclosed by the seller before money is exchanged. And if the puppy came with ANY sort of problem ie twisted ear, one testicle, umbilical hernia, curly tail, wry bite - etc - then this MUST be something the buyer is aware of before the puppy is sold and shipped!! To fail to make these things clear to the buyer is dishonest, no matter how great the puppy is or how happy the buyer "should be" with it.

Plus that Pup in the Video has a deformed ear no question, AND if you buy a Puppy you should not have to doctor up its ear in any way to get it to stand in the correct postition.
However i find it strange as to what was happening in the Video the Pup is far to young for that sort of stuff and will not help it in any way but that is besides the point.
Another poster says the Breeders son owns the Company which freights out the Dogs, If this is correct then that breeder should pay the costs of having the Pup returned and another Puppy shipped as replacement the costs should in this case be born by the breeder not the Buyer.
Now most of you are not on the side of the Buyer in this case but i for one see sable59 point of view and although we have not seen eye to eye once or twice before in this i do agree and i sure would not be happy at what has been said or passed I would want a replacement free of all freight charges and one bred by that kennel as would have been expected in the first instance.

Totally agree with Molly on this. When you are charging that much for a pup, EVERYTHING should be disclosed!! It should be regardless of cost, if you are HONEST, but at that price? I'd dang well hope so.
I'd be disappointed as heck too.

no matter how much you pay-everything should be disclosed. it seems this kennel has a problem with disclosure . it is fraud to sell puppies without telling the buyer up front of all related info. let a nobody do these things and they would be done, but let a person who has done it for 30 years and somehow it is okay to breed brother/sister 11 month old pups. sometimes you people crack me up and show your true colors.
the lighting may not be the best, but if you look hard enough surely you will find brown on that nose.

Molly's point is correct....duh, everything should always be disclosed. I'm not commenting on the ear at all because I haven't seen it. I'm only commenting on the tantrum about the name which should've been obvious. EXCEPT, in this instance, the situation is a little different. If someone buys a puppy from Molly, or a puppy from Joe Blow or a puppy from me, for example, an assumption (those are always dangerous) may be made that the puppy's name will end in Eichenluft, Blow, or Eisenherz. We are not known groups of breeders/brokers. When we sell a puppy, it typically was born at our home and out of our bitch, with rare exceptions. If I bred a male and had pups to sell for the owner of the bitch, I'd tell someone exactly what I was doing, but ONLY because I am NOT a group of breeders, like Jinopo is. If I was, I probably wouldn't think a thing of it and get him the dog he wanted temperament -wise and with the pedigree he wanted. After all, I thought those were the reasons people sought to import from big name places- because they get what they want from the DOG...not the name.
To reiterate...here's the difference; WADE BOUGHT A PUPPY FROM A KNOWN CONGLOMERATE OF BREEDERS, NOT A SINGLE BREEDER, so therefore, the assumption should not have been and he should've asked if he had a preference of names. I am all for full disclosure of every damn thing to do with puppies, but I can't disclose what I didn't even think of...like the name being an issue. I am dead serious when I say it would probably not occur to me in this situation to remember to tell him it wouldn't be Jirkova Dvora, since THE BITCH IS CLEARLY NOT OWNED by me. Anyone w/access to the website cans see Ussy is not on their list of females. That leads a reasonable person to deduce that the kennel name of the puppy with be something other than Jirkova Dvora, z Blateskeho zamku, Jipo Me, etc.
As far as money...the puppy was $1800, which is not exactly unheard of. Other charges are incidental and to be expected when one insists that he must fly a puppy in from another country because there aren't any good ones here. But now we know that's not the reason; there are good dogs here, they just don't have the right last name.
And I'm sorry, but we are clearly not dealing with a rational man here; he didn't do his due diligence, so now we're all stupid and need to get f---. Hans has offered to help, though he didn't buy the pup through Hans. What, really, would make a person like this happy? To all of you who think he's being reasonable, would YOU sell him a dog now that you see how he speaks of it and how he speaks to those whose opinion he asked for? Not me. No way, no how, not ever.
"Get rid of..."..............Michael49, exactly!
OGBS, I saw it...chose to ignore.

I agree missing, as for the brother/sister thing, that may have very well been a blooper, but it should have been made abundantly clear before the pups were sold.
Edit to add: just saw your post OGBS, and have no clue who this person is from Oklahoma
