This whole mess lies 100% with Alpine/Jinopo.

I'm thinking not. If it bothers you, why do you click on the thread. The only thing it takes for it to be over for you is to just not look.
How hard is that.

Debbie, if you were truly sorry this would've been handled 6 months ago. Also, maybe you should actually learn about what happened before you start posting since I sent my initial email about his overbite less then 48 hours after I had the dog in my possession. That does not seem like "MANY days" to me. Your partner sent me a dog with a problem. Full disclosure would have been appreciated so that I would be able to make the final decision like I believed any good breeder would do. Do you honestly think Jiri did not see this overbite? A breed warden, who has been breeding for decades and kept 2 puppies from this litter for himself did not see this overbite? I don't think so. And then, after I emailed and called multiple times after being told I would be given a return call, I still had no response after 10 days to schedule something to take the pup back, so I elected to keep him and get his canines that were damaging his mouth pulled out. Lo and behold, after I finally emailed you guys after the procedure letting you know I had decided to keep him and did surgery on him you decided to email me not even 24 hours later, and all I got was a smack in the face saying I shouldn't have done any surgery.
"Warranty this, warranty that, etc". You know what, I DID like your warranty and if the issue had been only his hips I would've been more then happy to stick with it. The problem is you decieved me and have terrible customer service where it matters the most. Whether it was only Jiri who knew, or Hans and you also, it doesn't matter; the three of you represent each other. That is why you are PARTNERS. If you don't even understand that much, then you never will.
When I started this thread, I had no idea it would evolve into this. All I wanted was to see what options I had to help my dog who ended up with the genetic short stick; I had given up any thoughts of a refund many months go. Thank you, to everyone who has supported and continues to support Kaiser and I. The money Hans has given back to me will undoubtedly cover his FHO and most of his second one once his elbows come back clear. For anyone interested I will keep an update on his progress every so often. :)

Chrissy,
I'm glad this has somewhat worked out for you. Unfortunately, you still have a pup with a serious over bite and horrible hips. Kaiser is very lucky to have found you and he is really blessed. If I can do anything to help please let me know. Also please keep me informed of his progress. At least one unfortunate part is behind you, having to deal with Hans, Debbie and Jiri. Anyone seriously considering a pup should read this thread.

My name is Chuck and I have a kennel named Shepherds By Design K-9 that breeds and sells to the clients that you have ripped off in the past. This is how I know about you so well and about all the clients that get the screwen by your so called contract or as you partner Hans says money talks and dogs walk

Great news for Chrissy and Kaiser!!! Please keep us updated on your boy as he goes though his surgery and recovery.
And for the record, the member Ghostly is not a lady. Actually he is a very nice man!
