I have already met with Hans. The check is waiting for clearance. He has kindly refunded the entire purchase price plus shipping after making his own inspection. I have more to say, but I am at the park right now.

Chrissy.....I am truly sorry for all of the crap that you have had to put up with. If I were in your shoes I would have been mad as hell too. On the other hand we have policies to stand by and need to stand by them (even when it sucks).


Red Sable.....I remember it clearly as I was in the bathtub when he got the call. He ran out to look at the littermate. It was not the next day.....can't say for sure what day but not next day. You are right maybe shipping was an issue. But, she never said that it would be....I think that this is one time when shipping would have been covered. Now I am guessing because I don't make the business decisions here. Just get dragged into the mudhole as every wife or significant other does. I also know it was not two weeks before he returned call. I do know that htere was some lag time as he needed to talk to Jiri.



Anyway all.......thanks for letting me vent. I appreciate that most of you have let me vent and we have been able to talk intelligently. Might disagree but still intelligent conversation. Time to clean dog poop. I have messed around with this all afternoon, now time for work. Sorry that we can't make everybody happy all of the time. There is literally a lot of blood sweat and TEARS that goes into this.
