Sadly that is for a computer ......it isn't for posting from a phone.
From the phone it gives you no options to add anything ........just make a generic post

I'll find someone to post them and again thank you

I can post pix from my phone, as well as all my devices. Sometimes the photos are too large and need to be resized if you are having problems.

Not sure how that tutorial using URL would help you, either.

Just email the pictures to yourself or to one of the other members here and then they can be posted from a computer.

This is why I hate phones they don't give you all the options as a computer will
