You need to find the EXACT problem before coming up with a solution.

You see the pharmaceutical commercials don't you ... all the side effects. Just look what those drugs are doing to our soldiers ... we have more soldiers commiting suicide here at home on this psychotropics than we lost in war combat. Yet little kids are taking them at an early age.  Psychotropics are the gateway to these atrocities. Big pharma should be the real War on Drugs !!! Just watch a drug commercial .. who would take that crap or give it to their kids with all those side affects ?

We need to focus on WHO, and WHO funds the lobbyists into federal and state administrations. We also need to get the hell out of the UN. America stands alone.

This is my opinion. Your boy BO (or anyone for that matter) cannot legislate everyone being safe or legislate so that criminals don't have/get guns, or  or, or  Believing someone can write a law and we are all magically safe from harm and evil is delusional at best ... evil at worst. I think the latter because evils are joining forces in this country. And if you look carefully - evil rallies around the same intent no matter which angle you look.

I too am curious about the alarming number of suicides among service personnel.

If the gov dr.s prescribe psyc drugs that they KNOW are going to cause suicide, look at the benefit from the gov view....fewer vets to take care of. There truly is method to the gov madness.

i was just reading some news clips.  apparently, he had become too much to handle and mom was attempting to get him institutionalized.  he was
aware of this and angry at her over it.  a fellow student of his claims he was in to devil worship.  we was known to have a mental illness/disorder plus
he was on medication.  supposedly the basement was filled with military posters, etc on guns and equipment and he was in to violent video games.
sounds like a possible combination of things that could have contributed to his "going off."  its sure too bad :(.  his mom must have known things
were getting out of hand & was trying to get him help & get him placed where he couldn't harm anyone.  it just didn't happen quickly enough.

Terrorist experts will tell you the hardest thing to stop is the "lone terrorist", because there is no email trail, no phone calls etc. No way to nip it in the bud.

Now if they put armed guards or the military in schools these people will just pick a diiferent place where kids congragate. Boy scout meetings, kids sports etc.

If there weren't guns in this country they would simply use dynamite, pipe bombs, crash a car, crash a plane etc. Let's face it you're not going to be able to stop it IMO.

That is why you need to address the causes of this type of behavior.

Obama was looking for a way to ban certain guns well before this tragedy occured, but he is just politicizing this unfortunate episode to pursue an agenda.

Too bad he didn't attack fixing the economy, or actually coming up with a budget with the same dedication.

They need to investigate the causes, before there can be any solution. The media and Obama are pathetic trying to pass off the fix as one particular type of weapon.

Because of their incompancey and agenda this type of tragedy will continue to occur IMO.
