Advice on issue with breeder... - Page 4

Not at this point. I prefer to do business with people who are reputable. I have no desire to give her an out here. She had two opportunities last weekend to travel just one hour and put Camry on a flight and this issue never would have been. Her pure lack of customer service and lack of consideration for her buyer on the other end makes it clear to me that she would not stand by this dog at any point should any issues arise. I have no reason to trust anything she has said regarding the health or temperament of Camry at this point. She offered the refund in writing last Saturday and it has yet to arrive. She set the terms that I would be refunded this week(10/23-10/29) and that has not happened as well. When I questioned her she simply says she spent the money and all she has to offer is the dog. How long should I let it drag out and how many more cancelled flights and excuses should I tolerate? I considered having her ship Camry this weekend but again I am seriously questioning her honestly at this point. Camry, if she is actually what Peggy claims she is, would have been a wonderful addition her. Already having her CGC she would have required some socialization with handicaps and disabilities but she should have exceled in the TDI test which was what I was hopeful for. This truly is not a case of buyers remorse. The dog is not the issue at this point. The breeder is. She has yet to even offer an apology for the missed flights or the fact that she spent my money. This is not the type of person I am comfortable doing business with. I would much rather give my money to a breeder who is ethical, cares about their customers and dogs, and will stand behind their word.

I am responding to this thread hoping that Ms. McCarthy will follow through with her purchase of Camry. In the meantime, Camry is listed for sale and when she sells, Ms. McCarthy will receive her monies back. I have a disclaimer on my "for sale" page of my website for a situation of this type. I am not taking Ms. McCarthy's money, Camry is her dog! She was not paying for the crate, nor the health certificate, nor the transportation to the airport. When I was informed by a breeder friend in Texas that the stud dog Ms. McCarthy intended to use was only 5 months old and out of show lines, I asked her if she would agree to allow me to use one of my stud dogs to breed to Camry so that I would get a puppy out of working lines, instead of mixing working and showlines. She refused. I asked her if I could just send Camry "collect" and we'd call it good, she would not have to send me a future puppy. I was trying to be more that fair and explained to her that since I paid for pre-lim OFA's and microchip and she was not paying for the crate, nor the health certificate for shipping or transportation to the airport, she would be getting Camry for $650.00. This has been a very misleading transaction and I don't do business like this. I have only been posted on this forum when I tried to do the best thing for Cimmerian German Shepherds Breeder Chip Weiss, when he had fallen and had a concussion and asked me to help sell his puppies from 2 different litters. Puppies were sold for $500.00 and $600.00 out of Schutzhund Titled Imports because they hadn't been handled for the first 16 weeks of their life, it was a very difficult time for Chip and I still have a female from that whole nightmare. I don't have time for reading the forums and only when my breeder friends see remarks like this and they know the truth, then I will come onto the database to give my input.

My message cut off some of the emails where she agreed to refund this week, etc. As far as taking my dog goes I TRIED TWICE and you failed to deliver her. Not my problem. Refund my money or I will be at my bank at 9 a.m. tomorrow and follow that up with a call to the state police. This is flat out theft in my eyes. Taking money and failing to deliver. Spin it however you want. I was getting a great deal. You set the price. So what? I didn't get what I paid for. You have $1400.00 of my money and I have NOTHING, That is not a great deal. You saw a dog you wanted and were willing to sell Camry to get her. The only problem is you spent my money and then changed the terms of the sale and then failed to ship her twice. Why exactly should I believe anything you say at this point?

You are unprofessional at best and a flat out theif at the worst. I have no desire to have any business transaction with you. Now do as you said above and REFUND MY MONEY.

And THIS, boys and girls, is why one should ALWAYS have the terms of any transaction set down in writing, as all the small claims court shows on television remind us.

If Peggysue is typing then she is lying.I was taken by her and of course again it wasn't her fault. Again she blamed it on Chip Weiss he didn't socialize the litter.Seems like whoever post about peggysue is a liar and she has gone as far as saying people are jealous about her and thats the reason why the bad post.She even advertises on puppyfind.com and wrote a comment about her and I'll be damned if it wasn't removed with in a day.And I have heard this from other posters from that site.I check out her site from time to time and you wouldn't believe it one day glad to have this dog to our breeding program 2 days later dog removed.We have just one male left couple days later now have 3 males left.And I'm sick of hearing I have dogs with michigan state police. And I don't think Chip would like her to keep throwing his name up in every conversation. Look at her site now she says pups that she guarantee to train to any level.lol And on puppyfind she even says pups guarantee for life against an hereitry problems.Oh and wondering whats up with this Anzor about a month ago she had on her site that he was in training hell she even had a youtube well she said it was him. Now nothing about his training.And she even had on her site  on this litter that now is 11 weeks old she reccomends they go to working homes.Now Peggysue how can you say that when YOU Don't even work your dogs. She has gone as far as saying all her dogs are house dogs.All I can say with as many dogs as she has I would hate to see what her house looks like.I would love to see people go to puppyfind and write comments to see how many she can get deleted.And for her to say she doesn't come to this site much it's her breeder friends that let her know about post is bullshit. I'm willing to bet it's her that trolls because it's hard to believe she has reputable breeder friends.Oh and peggysue I told you I won't go away. Remember I told you just return my money and you won't hear from me again. If anyone has questions about my transaction with her feel free to pm me.

P.S Peggysue can you explain why you keep changing your kennel name? My guess would be to many bad complaints.

Everything is in writing including her agreement to refund me last week. She's only ever actually spoke to me on the phone once. 9:00 a.m. is fast approaching and with no refund she has forced my hand. I have given her ample opportunity to end this.

Oh and I would like to apologize for the long post.And I forgot to mention I received a pm from a ruger20 about a month ago. Stating she is having problems with a pup she purchased from peggysue and peggysue ignoring her emails and phone calls.
Peggysue I know you are reading this so if you don't believe me i can post her name which she left in the post hell even phone number but I won't post phone number.
Sorry again people just when I hear peggysue's name my blood boils.

I just filed a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center after another "take your dog" email this morning. I am going to see if I can find any business registered to her by the BBB as well. Can't make it to the bank until I pick my son up from his Halloween parade but that's on my to do list as well for today.

Peggy Sue has a history of not refunding money and sending crappy dogs. Years ago she send 2 or 3 young dogs (one after the other did not work out) to a State Trooper friend just to find out none of them would make it as Police dogs. He was charged the price of the young adult and was out of three time shipping the dogs back to her in Michigan. It's been 5 yrs and he still has not seen a refund.

Let this be a lesson to anyone not to purchase ANY dogs from Peggy sue Walker, Abba.s German shepherds.
