Joan emailed Jiri to help get her a dog to use in breeding program because hans tried to sell Joan unpapered 4 year old dog, Orbe, for sixty five hundred dollars; no hip/elbow certification, no titles, for breedig program. Joan went with Jiri's dog. (in third person for clarity)


For breeding program??  Okay, I know papers/titles don't always make a dog, but what the? no hip check, no titles for $6500?!  That is just nuts.

So Hans did something wrong with offering you Orbe for that price? Orbe hip xrays can be seen on the website. The dog doesn't have any titles but is trained in all 3 phases and can get it at anytime. You can see the videos of him on his website which were taken at Jinopo. Just because the dog doesn't have titles or a PED doesn't mean that he isn't suitable for breeding. Hell there are a lot of dogs with PED's and titles being bred and cost a lot of money and they aren't worth it. See the dog work and them determine. I've seen dogs at Eurosport go for the same and didn't have titles or papers but seeing the dog in videos you could tell our was a god dog. The dog is a import from czech who has ben trained and ben raised with a family. What do you expect to party for him?

OMG! What a concoction of BS! Here are the facts.
 Around end of August or beginning of September, Joan Ronalder contacted me that she desperately needs another stud dog fast since she has important bitch coming into  heat. I have, as many times before, offered her excellent dog Orbi, who is grandson of Illo von den Abfuhr and I was considering him for my breeding program.
1.Thus Orbe most definitely has papers. I have even e mailed them to Joan. I still have the e mail in my records for anybody to see. So that is a lie.
2.Orbi has no titles but he is a trained Police dog. Orbi was since then sold and now works as a LE dog. I retained the breeders rights.
3.Orbe also has 0/0 hips and elbows and the x rays are  still posted on my AlpineK9 website for anybody to see them.
4.Charik was sold to Joan by me. Ask her where she send the money.
Also Charik was not even for sale at that time when she contacted me about her need of the dog. She did not like Orbe and selected another dog which I was selling however I did not believe that that particular  dog would fit well into her breeding program. That is why  I told her to wait and  I have negotiated the sale of Charik  top world renown stud with my partner Jiri Novotny- the owner of the dog. Joan would never had that dog if it would not be for me. She even got substantial discount from me  of $3000 as a repeated customer of AlpineK9  because she  purchased so many dogs from me before. She would never get such discount  from JINOPO. Besides being JINOPO's partner and Jiri's friend  I am also JINOPO's only representative for USA, Canada and many other countries  The reason for that is  that in the beginning   I was instrumental in in founding JINOPO . Ask JINOPO.
Joan did not even know that Charik was for sale, and Charik was not for sale at that time  until I told her and advised that he would fit well into her breeding program and I then negotiated the sale of Charitk to her with JINOPO. Just like many other dogs before.  I was always interested in Charik myself and I was  going to get Charik here, but then I decided to get Bady ze Svobodneho dvora instead so that Joan - my friend - could get another excellent dog from me.

I'm confused about Orbi. 

Orbi has no titles but he is a trained Police dog. Orbi now works as a LE dog.

I'm guessing Orbi was sold to a Police or Sheriffs dept where he was trained to be a Police dog and that is where he is now?

  

 Orbe was trained by me and in Europe as a patrol LE K9. He now serves in that capacity. He has no sport titles.

Ok, Hans I'll call a truce with you. Friends. After all I named a great dog of mine after you when he was only ten weeks old. I thought about changing his call name to Body but he didn't like it. I still don't like "Ace" even a tiny bit. "VIPEROUS and totally uncalled for. By the way I don't know of any one using my phone to say bad things about you. Sooooo, I hope this clears the air between us. I just ask that you to call off your snake from me and every one else he strikes at. He makes any posting very unpleasant for a lot of people. Joan
