  He wants his money back that he paid to get a pup that was worthy of being a Zidane progheny.. He didn't get that..He got a whimpy, skinny , poorly fed and very shy pup for  his money he sent to Marlene.. Marlene gave in writing to Mahon , that she would send him his money back.. She deliberately and on purpose did not reply to Mahon  ,   Clint Gatlin, Or  Nwilz by letter, email and phone calls , many numerous ones concerning the money she owed them or the dog she never produced to those people or paperwork /and also.  You do not know of what you even speak of.  Mahon has trained, bred dogs three times as hard as Zidane . , along with also being a  trainer and handler of Lions, Tigers and Panthers.
Mahon has owned a Sentry Company and he trained dogs for GUARD DOG, and has handled dogs and rehabilitated dogs that have killed people. So Zidane is not a threat to him  at all.

And I can assure you ZIdane would not bite Mahon...NO way  in or on Gods green earth would Zidane get that priviledge..You know nothing of who you are speaking to..or about.  There is not a dog on this forum that Mahon cannot handle and Mahon already has handled Zidane..  Zidane met Mahon when he picked up ZIbossie in Alabama.

No one but a fool would drive to Alabama to try to recover their $1000.00 in person. The cost of the trip plus you do not enter anyones property without a warrant and/or a court order..  The District Attorney already has  the paperwork   and is preparing those papers.

Mahon will have his reply to you , for sure.

Clint, good luck! She left me voicemails that she would return my money, then when the day came the check was to arrive and it did NOT ,I waited and sent her a text her a week later with no positive outcome. Looks like I won't be getting a dime back from her willingly....
PLEASE do your homework before sending, giving, etc any money to (Marlene Wiggins d/b/a) Alabama K9. I can say no more at this point as she screams "abuse" and that everyone she owes money has done her wrong in some way....NO ONE can be the victim that much.

I hope everyone who's been scammed by ANYONE (yes, including, Marlene Wiggins/Alabama K9) in dog business pursues all legal options available.


This is ridiculous. Unethical "breeders" give all breeders a difficult path.

I don't know who you are but I'm pretty sure you would not have been as patient or easy going if it was your $1000.00.

Then again maybe you would and that's okay with me if it is okay with you. Personally you can donate all you want.

The point of this thread was to make others less susseptible to being scammed out of thier hard earned money for no reason from someone that has a history of doing just that with no remorse.

I gave her the oppertuinity to do what was right for a year with out a single reply or a dime of my money returned.

Now to answer your claim to my disappointment in the puppy.

Plain and simple I would not have paid 50.00 for that pup if she was sired by frozen semen out of Bodo vom Leirburg himself. A piece of crap is crap, no matter if it is from a dog, cow, horse or a butterfly. I would not KEEP that pup or re-sell that pup to no one else period.

The breeding to my titled bitch was another avenue to collect on the debt if she was strapped for cash. PLAIN AND SIMPLE!

As for me bringing out the LIVER GENE in the bloodlines that I purchased. Damn straight!
I don't hide whatever my dogs produce. My dogs produce off of the breeders before me, good bad or indifferent.Their strenght and weakness will come to the surface, I have know shame in what they have under the skin or on the surface. Post your dogs pedigrees and pics and what they produced as I did !!!!!!!!!

Apperantly you would have hid the fact your dogs carried the gene, if you have a problem with my honesty. Too bad Too sad.

If the shoe fits wear it if not get another shoe. Everyone has an opinion your just stinks!

Blast it Yellow...I checked this site a few times yesterday and this morning to see if there was a response to my post.  You were on other threads......you wait till now.  Okay....I have to think and type fast.....thinking--no big deal.....typing---ouch.

Some people...at least me.....find threads of this nature embarrassing.  I'm referring to the constant onslaught and airing of grievances about someone.....anyone.  Readers...especially you....knows (only too well) that I was being facetious about driving and collecting your money.

Knock it off, already.  You're barking up the wrong tree with me.  I only care what I think of myself....so please don't waste your time playing to an audience.  The do-gooder prattle (sometimes admirable, sometimes absurd) can only fly so high.....but never to the extent that I'll not stand up and make my feelings known.....however conflicting they may be with yours.  You conveyed information that you saw as relevant.  I read it.  Now try and understand what the dullard who doesn't know squat has to say.  I DON'T CARE.  Policing has no place here.....and the database is NO court of law.  That being said.....I do like you, Yellow.

   NO one has one idea how I feel in all this Crap/..   ALL  because I took a DAMN  TRIP to Florida to help someone, and got home to  more unknown happenings and because  the breeder of my pup  tells someone ....."BUY  the pup from YR."..".she probably can't handle her "...    I have handled  twenty times as many bad hard   Greif and ancesters of Tiekerhook than Marlene Wiggisn ever laid her  hands on......It chapped my BUTT   FOR HER TO SAY THAT..  and being I was in= the middle of this....     I have  4 cents worth of compliance to yell about...and plenty of anger at the whole mess. I lost a whole lot , also.

Hi Yellow......I probably sounded harsh.  Went to close down the computer around 9:30 and saw both your posts.  Fingers started hitting those keys.....perhaps too fast.

You're overwhelmed...and understandably so.  Sounds like everything from the last year has finally come to a head.  I hate seeing you so upset.  Now...I still don't approve of these tactics concerning Alabama (lol), but I can acknowledge that you do seem to be getting more than your share of short sticks this year.

Hope your son is well and some satisfactory resolution is near. Go watch the 'cute doggie Christmas video' that starrchar offered. Hit 'a doggy summer' by norcsii also.

I certainly hope Mahon and the others get their money or Breeding, which ever will work out best.
The court system fails to recoup Money for alot of folks though. Even if you win. you pay the expenses, you get judgment in your favor and still no money, you still have to push and push to get anything, IF you ever even get anything. It makes me wonder WHY even take it to court when they won't even enforce the judgment without the victim continuing to push for justice.

I had a dealing with a guy in Garden city, Ks, used to be called Prey 9 German shepherds, He screwed me over and alot of other folks selling dogs/puppies suppose to be AKC and they weren't. He got his money, and was all friendly etc while making sales, then of course when you started trying to get your papers or refunds, he suddenly wouldn't answer the phone or e-mail you back. I did take him to court, I was granted judgment, and still have never gotten any money. it has been 6 years now. He had all kinds of leans on his home and Bank account by the time mine went to court, so they got it all first. then he went to Missouri under Black River German shepherds, to try again, Don't know what he is doing now, last I had heard he was driving a truck.
So,Yes these Unethical tactics by bad breeders ( so called professionls) etc, really screw with alot of good breeders/trainers. certainly makes buyers afraid to send deposits or even trust someone else due to how they have been treated in the past. Heck, sometimes you can't trust people you've know for 4 years let along a stranger to do business with.

As you know by now that the best thing a person can do is LET EVERYONE KNOW THEIR NAME!

You can take them to small claims or whatever you want. The reality is your chasing your money with more money.

You can do the same at Vegas and most likely loose it all.

You are Right as far as I am concerned. I agree with you.
I told you his business name--this is HIS name---James Albers of Prey9 German shepherds at the time of going to court.
So whomever is keeping lists-Add him to it, just in case he starts up another one somewhere.
Sometimes getting judgment and getting a lean on something of theirs helps to get your money or sometype of settlement, but when they no longer have anything, the next best thing is to put their name out there.
