Let's keep this thread about Chrissy and Kaiser and not about who is singing, who is new or who is stirring the shit.

I would suggest you get it back on topic and off of all these sides arguments, members have worked hard to keep it on topic without all these side show issues.

You are disrespecting Chrissy and Kaiser by allowing this to get into anything more than a discussion about what happened to this pup and the breeder/broker response.

You should be proud of them  and thanks for sharing your great dogs with us...Maybe you can become a reputable breeder of these wonderful dog lines..I was not referring to your joining, as you didn't have a TROLL aire about yourself. Stick around awhile and you will learn.

We have others here who sell these lines and would be happy to be Honest and live up to what our breed is and make good business men and women.

Just hang in and read and learn from these other men and women who are on this board a lot longer than I have been but have also walked the same paths I have..

We all communcate with each other and recommend to each other people to send our customers or friends to for a good bred dog.

We are a community of  people who do care but we have all kept quiet a lot longer than we should have..Today is the day , for the rest of our lives , to show and step up to the edge of the Table and let Justice fall where it may.

Aakay, I would say this, the issue at hand is the horrific experience Chrissy has had with Alpine K9 and Jinopo. It essentially boils down to two questions 1) were all the issues with the pup not noticed by mistake 2) if not, then what does this convey about the breeder. With reference to the first question, I assume that in any business you will have satisfied and unsatified customers and it may plausible that this was a genuine mistake. However if it wasn't it leads on to further more alarming questions and answers. With reference to the second question, what it may convey will mostly be construed by personal opinions but guided by a common consumer sentiment. If we do not do to others what we would not like done to ourselves, then things would be so much better in life, but sadly this is just am ideal. I feel that I am not in a position to pass on any judgement, but if I were to blame or partly to blame, I would do everything I could reasonably be expected to do to make things right. I am deeply sorry for what has happened to Chrissy but appreciate this thread greatly. I do hope Hans is able to do right by her.

Aaykay, I bet the pup Chrissy got WAS inspected very thoroughly, that's why she got it instead of Hans. You don't need to ask "right?" after every statement. Just say what you have to say and I'm just guessing I'll be able to figure out what you're attempting to convey, OK, Aaykay?

Why would anyone feel the need to explain the actions of 2 long time breeders/partners. One a breed warden and the other single handedly responsible for introducing the Checz dog to North America.

There was no F***up. There was no mistake made. Other than screwing someone not willing to roll over and take it. People who do this for a livelihood do not make these kind of mistakes. The breeder knew exactly the condition of the pup that went into the crate. And I doubt he was thinking "I'll pull a fast one on Hans" and screw him on this pup. They are in this business together and they know exactly the dogs they sell.

Save you ire for the breeders; Hans and Jiri who shipped a dog with an obvious physical defect to an unsuspecting buyer.  Chrissy wanted to do SchH with this pup, so a high drive dog would have been could for her.  Probably better for her than Hans, since he does very little with his dogs.  

If you knew Hans you would realize he will not be doing any slim fast ads any time soon.  Sorry if my joke offended you, what I find offensive is Hans' treatment of Chrissy.  I'm shocked you are not more offended by that.  I realize you spend a lot of time on Hans' forum and may be taken under the "spell" of his charm of being the only real czech breeder of GSD's.  Don't feel bad many people have fallen under his spell until they are burned by their "buddy."  There are plenty of people reading this thread that have been burned by Hans but will not comment just yet for various reasons.  Some of his staunchest former supporters, that no longer sing his praises.  I won't name them as that would be "crude." 

This is about what Hans and Jiri did to Chrissy and how it will be rectified.  Where is Hans by the way, is he not safe hiding behind his keyboard?

As I would.  I can assure I would above and beyond to stop this pups and Chrissy's suffering.  The question is why is Hans doing NOTHING to correct his "mistake."
