KaitlynM. Yup, the male ancestor to mithuna's
dog should certainly show a waistline, if not a flash
of his last ribs. He doesn't. Nor, I suspect, - if we
ever get to see mithuna's bitch doing anything other
than lying on a couch - will she. NOT ideal for the
GSD.

Hundmutter, I disagree as it pertains to Mithuna's girl--he's already been through the overweight thing with her, and I do think he'll make sure he keeps her lean after that since it's healthier for her joints... Hopefully we'll get to see her doing something other than lounging in the near future; I suspect that the only way she'll remain in place for him to take her picture is if she's lying down, because she just blows him off and wanders away if he tries to make her stand for a photo. If he goes hard with the obedience work, that can change. I want to be optimistic for her.

I agree with that last bit, Hexe. As to the former, whether
the weight issue IS being tackled, I'll reserve judgement
until mithuna CAN get her to stand still for the camera !
Seeing is believing, an' all that. ;-)
