Breeding was not really a primary consideration . I wanted a baseline so I could know if I had any issues I could work on them. Breeding was not completely "off the table" - he is a solid working dog and I do know a few working dog folks who would like to breed to him because he is a hunting machine; already has several cadaver finds, ceritifed at 15 months the first time.........but if that were to come up as an option, then I would definitely do a CAT scan to rule out any disorder. His picture in the DB, FWIW is a composite of him at a full run at 15 months. .... I don't have any special drive to breed him but hope to get another dog with his motherline in a few years.
