I'll look around for your girl.   Max will be 25 weeks on Monday.  He is old enough and confident enough now to spend time in the big boy yard.    Very thankful for a large home and property.    Next few months will be the biggest challenge to keep boys and girls separated.

Oh yeah that seperating the boys and girls in another fun part of dogs. LOL

Well I have a half acre here. I really didn't want to get into building runs--I like my dogs in the house. But there comes a time............Anyway I am going to put up a run outside but it won't be like a kennel run, more like a big yard and then I am going to put up a good sized run in the garage so I can foster now and then and also keep my guys seperated when need be. If need be I can always split that yard up later. But I don't plan on having that many dogs--I try to keep it to where I can spend individual time with each one--that's more important than anything to me.

Thanks for looking out for Sister. I just hate to see her have to stay in the kennel.

I like mine in the house too..... I just have to rotate the dogs right now; with Rosé due to come in heat any time and Cirberus getting to that 6 month mark......    Plenty of little hussies to go around :-).   Rose lives in the house 24/7; puppies are rotated about every 5 hours (every feeding time for Cirberus);  big boys...  Well they have kinda of been band from the house with the puppies.   Lol ....... by winter though, TV down time will be quite interesting.    Hopefully I will get some funny pictures.   :-).

Please keep us posted on the OP puppy.   I would love to hear how he progress on the alert (if not too personal).               ..

Fawn you are kidding right about thinking that was too personal? LOL No I brag about the dogs so I will be glad to share with you. Not only that I think it is important info cause I felt this was kinda new from my readings and a lot of people don't think it's possible. Any advice you have I am very willing to listen and if I find out anything new I would be glad to share.
Oh you're fixing to go through the fun teenage stage!!!! Oh man, I don't know about your dogs but from about 7 months on mine get so hard headed and KNOW everything, Typical teenagers. Honestly I don't do a lot of training with them then--I just try to keep them in line and one step ahead of them. LOL. Once we get through that stage everything is normal again..............

Well, I'll be darn.... You'll never guess who just gave me hints of alerting.  I do not know if this was a coincidence, "I want attention," or something a bit more.

I was cleaning the bath tub and the chemical I use to work on the mold (uck, sometimes I just want to go back to the desert) can cause me to get dizzy......   Well, I started feeling the faint tinges that says I have been there too long and I need to get out of the room for a bit.  At that exact same instance, Cirberus came up, pushed her head under my arm, and then just sat there.  She did not do the usual demand for attention by putting her face in mine, so I am not sure what she was saying.  She was very calm (unusual for her) in this.

Hmmmm.    I love my dogs......  Regular Smile

WooHoo Fawn that is AWESOME..........thanks for sharing--what you told me she did was the same type of alert that Mauli did when I kept falling out of the chair. When she wants attention attention she gets right in my face and wants to give me a kiss.....
Good work Cirberus and keep taking care of your mom...........Keep on posting your accomplishments--I am loving it...................

Amazing. Do you have a website for your breeding program? I would like to analyze the pedigree.

I wish I could have a migraine alert dog - my migraines are quite bad, they mimic strokes... a migraine alert dog would give me the chance to get home and get medicated before I lose my vision, have speech arrest, etc...
