Add some good joint supplements to the dog's diet and give the dog plenty of steady exercise--avoid lots of leaping and twisting and turning--lots of long walks and swimming are both good.
It is likely that this dog will have a normal life without any problems due to the hips--even if OFA doesn't rate them both normal at 24 months. I would not consider surgery for a dog with hips like this unless they end up getting significantly worse in a few years.
Best of luck--would love it if you post when you get the 24 month results next year(? or whenever they are available).
