No absolutely NOT;  these dogs would not change to this extreme.  These dogs HAVE NO HIP SOCKETS,  first dog a slight hip socket, 2nd dog, NONE.  JHC, Those are both dogs that COULD have serious problems even getting up.  Nan

this can and will happen again , with people buying and selling dogs for money  , and its not exclusive for czech . republik, they are everywere , and some of them unknowing , as they are brokering dogs they dont actually own themselves , and have them shipped after they find client , so maybe good tought to buy dogs from breeder of dog or actual owner of dog directly , or for honest broker to buy dogs ,test/healthtest them yourself and than resell , I know for sure one broker is about to fall on his face in the nearby future , and Im almost sure he isnot aware of it , as he is offering what is offered to him , and on his for sale list are dogs with incorrect health and titles

I sure hate it when people do this , as it will also have bad reflection on the ones doing honest business , Ive seen it happen in many breeds and many countries , so I guess all we can do is be double and triple carefull with who we deal whit , in whatever country , breeding whatever breed or line

have a great and honest 2012

Hexe and Joanro.  It is not the vet that committed the fraud or the CMKU vet. Dog one was xrayed and rated E 3/4 but in CR the owner does not have to stamp the papers with the rating then dog one was sold but the papers were then stamped A 0/0 . This was done with fraud in mind. Dog 2 papers were stamped A 0/0 without being sent in to CMKU officially. Ms Hall has done her research and has proof and has done the correct thing informing all new owners dogs etc that were placed etc. This is a case of pure deceit and fraud at the highest level.

Who is the breeder?  I agree with workingdogz, regardless of whether this thread scares them into fixing their mistake with you, they'd still (or have already )pull(ed) this stunt on someone else.

I know who the breeder is and if Bhall wants to I can help her take the breeder down! The breeder is know for weak temperaments, dirty facility, too many filthy dogs that the breeder can't handle all over the Czech Republick!

I would not expect any money, but we can stop the breeder... my help has been offered.. all I can do right now.

I have a guess as to who it is...

I still want to know how it happened 7 times, unless it was 7 dogs bought at once?

B. Anderson, sorry if I somehow gave the impression that I was considering the vet who did these films to be at fault in any capacity at all; nor do I have any reason to think that the vet who did the films in Europe was involved in the fraud, either, based on what Ms Hall stated--my comment was directed strictly at the mention of the positioning not being ideal in the first set of films shown in Ms. Hall's post...no amount of positioning could ever hope to disguise the degenerative change and osteo-remodeling in the hips shown in either of these two images.

I do agree with GSDPack that's it's unlikely Ms. Hall is ever going to see any money back from the seller, regardless of any attempts to shame him into trying to make these deals 'right'--so I doubt there's anything to be lost by revealing the name of this seller (though he'll probably be back in business a day later with a new name).   As you've said, B.Anderson, this was all done with the intent of perpetrating a fraud...so there's no chance this dirtbag will suddenly develop a conscience.

I also agree with Jenni--were all seven dogs purchases at one time, for Ms. Hall to get taken on such a large number of dogs?  If, as B.Anderson says, the CMKU doesn't require the dog's owner to have the registration papers stamped with the hip rating, why on earth would ANYONE take a chance and buy unknown dogs from an unknown seller, sight unseen and without any independant verification of hip status from either CMKU or a licensed private veterinarian in the CR BEFORE making any agreement to purchase the dogs?  Granted, it would cost money to have radiographs done by another vet over there, but I bet it would be far less than what's been lost on the purchase of 7 dogs...one of which has already been bred???

Can't post a name yet.  Just to get the record straight.  I known this person for a few years now.  Never had problems in the beginning....  Dogs purchased within the last year or so were misrepresented.  Found out about one and I ended up on checking out all.  There you go.  They lure you with good dogs and then.....!!!!
The good thing is that I have met many good people since then in the Czech Republic.  I am from Germany so I have a few good friends over there.
I did get some money refunded but now this person thinks that she does not owe me anything as she blames others.... She agreed to send the full amount by the end of this year.  Needless to say it did not happen and she said that she is a good person and pointing fingers at others.
It will be taken care of...just need some time.

I would have thought that there would be some form of Czech Republic Canine Control Authority that has a vested interested in protecting its' name as a reliable exporter of dogs. Likewise, taking the matter further up the rank, the Czech Government would have an Export Department/Authority to promote exports from their Republic. The Czech Government might be keen to stop canine exports that don't meet certain standards, and refuse Export Permits, if such regulations exist.

I'm sure there will be several other options that might cause the Breeder/Broker to reconsider their position to make restitution.

There are International Trade Arbitration solutions that could also be considered.
