I have dial up, so didn't watch the video. So, really I have nothing to contribute, except to say, I LOOOOOVE puppies! I love the puppy stage. This may be related to the fact, that my favourite age in children is 2!

No I told them for protection sports/Schutzhund etc. I think if I just wanted to do SAR/Obedience this pup would be fantastic.

I have a 2 yr old I would be willing to send you until August, when he turns 3.

I hope so! As adorable as he is, I will not miss "the terrible twos".

It is the most adorable age. Everything is new and exciting. They mimic everything they hear, but in a much cuter voice. They are innocent and and dry sponge. There bodies are like little adults but much smaller. All this talk is making me want to go hug Logi.
Then comes the 3's. Toilet training and Why? will be repeated ad nauseam, still cute but not as, then school years, (different kind of stress) then the teenage years. (yikes) that is when all your mistakes show!
I truly do love it, and would be happy if they stayed that age, even though it is diaper stage.
You will miss it Jenni, you'll see!
Enjoy it, they grow up too fast.
It is the same with puppies.

Holy moley, I made lots of spelling errors.
I wrote this, this a.m. and it is too late to fix it.

Well, then mine must be ahead so maybe you don't want him, lol. He is already doing the 3 stuff, though "no" is said more than "why?". He is already started in toilet training (much to my dismay...diapers were easier) and the things he repeats, while the voice is ADORABLE, are not so cute. Yesterday, while Christmas tree shopping, I told him he had to wait in the car a second while I got out first and checked to see if the mud was too deep for him. He says "what the hell?" I told him we don't use that word, and he then says "what the f*&%." Oh, I love it when his dad takes him to work
. I then told him very sternly that we don't say EITHER of those words, and he looks at me, smiles like an angel, and says "hell f*&^." Then he laughs.
On the plus side, he is very very sweet, loves animals and is not a brat. He's just a precocious little stinker at home. He is an absolute angel in public, so no one even believes me when I tell them what he does. He is not as bad as puppies, though if I'm honest, I must remember that I loved puppies before dealing with 10 Capri puppies at a time, LOL. One normal puppy at a time is probably a wonderful experience. It's just been a while since I had my "own" puppy and wasn't raising them for someone else. I love it, it's very rewarding, but so many go to working homes that I can't put any OB, corrections, etc. on them so they are like wild, destructive little hellions.
Yikes, Muttlover. I'm sorry; we really derailed your thread.
