I feel sorry for the misunderstanding that took place, I bought more than one puppy from Jinopo, before I got the papers of Erri I posted his pictures on the PDB and posted his name as Erri z jirkova dvora and then was corrected by a nice member here, I forgot the name, that it would be Erri od Roubenky. I think, again I think that this puppy was not the Stud fee, Jiri is a sort of partner with od Roubenky plus their friend.
Jinopo is not a kennel name but rather is a company name that sells breedings of several kennels one of them is od Roubenky. Please note that Jiri is not a broker, he does not sell breedings of just any kennel in Czech but only few, some registered under his own family name plus one or two partners only.
I have tried to see if od Roubenky sell some of their own bred puppies but did not find this kennel anywhere else other than on Jinopo site.
I do not say neither Sable59 nor Jinopo is wrong but it would be wiser for Jinopo since they sell abroad to make this practice more obvious on their website for foreign clients to take note of.

I want also to ad this: and it is not directed towards anyone in specific, if I am a fan of someone and believe in him/her and later I find out I was wrong it is cowardness on my part to keep my mouth shut, therefore it is not correct to accuse Sable59 with (you were a big fan of Jinopo/Hans), just my opinion, and I'm still a fan of both by the way.

ROFLMAO. Wade, you know, as much as I try to be diplomatic with you because so often you simply just don't "get it," you have to go off EVERY TIME and make yourself sound like a raving lunatic. How many times have you gone off your meds or off your rocker, cussed everyone out only to come back later and apologize? Why not just try to behave like a thinking adult, keep your cool, and see if maybe a reasonable solution will present itself? Just an idea!

I may not know "diddly shit", as you say, but I looked at that website for about ten friggin seconds and knew that puppy wouldn't have jirkova dvora after his name!!! LOL

Plsforever, other than showing a puppy, which is not typically why people buy a pup like that (though I had no idea they bought them for the name, either....), a damaged ear (which I don't really see in this case) is certainly not the end of the world on a working dog.

How about this one? Hard to sell? Should I just take her to the pound w/that ear? LOL

I find it funny that an ear and a name will hinder the sale of a working dog, but that video won't.

Or the fact that one would over-pay for a name and assume that others would as well.

I think an uneducated hothead of a seller who likes cussing people out for knowing things that he couldn't figure out will be the biggest deterrent to selling that poor freaking puppy.

"We" wouldn't pay that much for basically any old dog w/the right last name, from what you're saying you wanted. Not only that, but "we" would know that when the seller doesn't own the female, that there's a pretty good chance the kennel name won't be the seller's. "We" wouldn't expect to buy a dog from another country and have it guaranteed, including shipping both ways, for something like an arguably "damaged" ear. I have seen/sold dogs w/all sorts of damages- ears, teeth, scars, etc...these are supposed to be working dogs, not models. Working dogs aren't even penalized in the show ring or on breed surveys for some of these flaws.

I'm sorry you have chosen to get so personally hostile toward those of us who choose to remain logical instead of inflammatory and I pity Hans, who has time and again, tried to calm you down during one of your tantrums. If I were him, I'd tell you what you just told us to do...you didn't even buy the dog from him and yet you're accusing him on his forum of fraud???

Well all I have to say is the other people that have commented on your post Sable may not know "diddly shit" but they do know how to use spell check!
