Scher - 1/2 water and white vinegar put a few drops in ears 2 or 3 times a day for yeast. It will change the PH so the environment cannot sustain a colony of yeast. its cheap and natural. give him a few weeks to "regulate" its possible that all the cleaning is also creating inflamed tissue that's also a problem.

if he keeps itching, put an Elizabethan collar on him for a couple of weeks to let everything heal and then see what happens.

still check for worms as itchy feet can be caused by many different things including yeast, allergies, chapped and dry due to solvents and cleaners used on floors/kennels and others.

I know it is not ear mites. That is what we originally thought it was, but the tests came back negative. It's not worms, we already checked. Maybe I am cleaning too much. I have a husband with OCD who can't stand to see any dirt in the dog's ears. I'll let him know I need to back off and try the vinegar solution. LOL. Thanks again for all the help.
