Looks like the  facts that got put on the forum   got   washed away with the dust..but Mahon will not let it stay gone..

The truth was presented in facts and YR was drug\ into it and so the drama goes on...Mahon has stated his case, and he certainly was not around here 4 yrs ago and I was not either.

The fact that I was given a giift and I chose to hand that give over to Mahon, is my business and none others.  How I paid for it is my business...
I of course, did not hand over a dog I had no papers for , or owed another breeder for that dog as she did to Nwilz.

The dog that Nwilz paid for to be a co=ownership died a few weeks back and no  Emails answered, and no phone calls answered...Mahon was contacted for a conversation by a grieving  co owner of a dog she just found out didnt even belong to  ALABAMA K9.

The other two threads by  Gatlin,,who as of yet is still waiting,,,and  Mahon who last night put up that he  is still waiting.

He will address it tonight on here.... Having the threads deleted won't stop Mahon..

He has been in this business for 20 something years and his Dad was a very reputable AKC Judge so  don't MESS WITH THE JUDGES  SON.....he knows what is right and what is wrong....
I never  in all my days would have thought I would be demeaned by a person I thought was a friend...That is why I was given ZIBOSSIE, as I was the recipient of her as a gift, with no strings attached , no requests and no attachments..  MAHON WENT TO  Alabama and met Marlene on the HWY to pick up ZIbossie.   Marlene suggested to Mahon, 5 weeks later for him to buy Zibossie as she might be more than YR could  handle,,,,NOT....but upon his urgings I did hand over to him the LIONESS  Zibossie...upon my arrival from my trip to FLorida  as Mahon babysat her for that time period and was very much happy with her behaviour, her temperament and her drives...The littermate he sent back was a nightmare pup,,nothing like Zibossie..I saw her and he tried to pull a joke on me...He told me her is Bossie ,opened the cage and out came a shy, pale ,skinny pup...I gulped and started to jump on Mahon about   my Bossie...His wife opened the other cage and out jumped   THE LIONESS <<the pup I left behind...

Mahon is a very good trainer and I felt he would do well with Bossie...after all I am right here and can see her,  play with her, and even train her if I want...So attacking me for  handing over Bossie to Mahon was useless....

Well apperently Oli was asked or threatened into removing the other thread on the General Topics Forum.Neither the one from myself and the one from Clint Gatlin are on the Forum as of this morning.

Marlene has not only blamed everyone else for her problems but has tried to tie in that since I bought a dog she gave someone She no longer owes me my other 900.00.

Only a sick twisted brain in my humble opinion could ever come up with such a screwy irrational thought process.

Do not deal with this lady as everything gets so twisted up only an idiot could understand it.

Being the last two threads   had a viewing of over  7,458  viewings, I doubt too many people need all repeated  . But for those who missed the voice from a grieving owner of a young 13 mos old male who Alabama k9 was no where to be found for the last months when the dog was on an operating table and died...Nwilz found out the dog she paid for was not hers to  buy as Marlene had no papers and didnt own the dog and after  Nwilz paid for it...she never paid the breeder who the pup came from,

11 pups after Mahon ask for his  money,,still Mahon received nothing but 100,00 about 3 weeks ago..CLINT GATLIN , WHO WAS TO GET ONE OF THE PUPS IN DECEMBER,, never did and he has not gotten anything as of post time.

Here is the first reason that this makes me very angry...A friend I thought was a friend who now   tautes me for not asking her, about letting Mahon have Bossie...   A gift is a gift with no strings and no attachments and I had the akc papers in my hand and Marlene is the one who suggested to Mahon he buy Bossie from YR....HOw funny....now  we owe her...????? Dumb and dumber...Friendship gone  HAYWORD>>>

She left me voicemails that she would return my money, then when the day came the check was to arrive and it did NOT ,I waited and sent her a text her a week later with no positive outcome. Looks like I won't be getting a dime back from her willingly....
PLEASE do your homework before sending, giving, etc any money to (Marlene Wiggins d/b/a) Alabama K9. I can say no more at this point as she screams "abuse" and that everyone she owes money has done her wrong in some way....NO ONE can be the victim that much. I hope everyone who's been scammed by ANYONE (yes, including, Marlene Wiggins/Alabama K9) in dog business pursues all legal options available. This is ridiculous. Unethical "breeders" give all breeders a difficult path.

Once again they have removed this thread on the general topics board.

Yesterday Clint Gatlin posted that he had received a check for 250.00 of his money back. That was a good sign to him that he may get his money back.

I am happy for him but would like to see the other 900.00 she still owes me.

I will keep poasting until she does. I believe over 9,000 hits or more between the threads that have been removed and this one so far in the last month. That will save alot of people from being cheated.

The court will take care of that...added interest and court costs will far out surpase what she thought she got by with paying someone else first...I guess Clint is in her club or somewhere where she has affliates.????????????

We need the help of the long past Sherlock Holmes to unravel this problem, It is a really sad affair for genuine people to get caught by this person, I hope someone takes her to court and stops her business for good, it does the Breed no good for things like this. How the hell people can live with themselves knowing they owe people money is beyond me, But having met one or two the same in my time i should know what makes them tick, they have no qualms or scruples at all, and should be dealt with is the same manner, I hope she gets driven out of the breed and selling of dogs

I really do not think she meant to get into this kind of problem..BUT   could have been avoided by just  COMMUNICATING with Mahon.. He even would  have taken a breeding to his Titled Bitch but she would not acknowledge that request.

Mahon is very level headed, he even has to sit on me sometimes when it comes to acting out of haste on  lashing out at someone too soon...but he has long more patience than I do..but I am 30 yrs older than he is also...lol

Have you any idea how ridiculous this all sounds.  She gives you a gorgeous pup.  He doesn't get as good and is pissed.....but now he has the gorgeous pup and wants a breeding to his "Titled Bitch."  Is this the sable girl who threw the gorgeous liver pup that he just had to expose?  If you all need your pound of flesh, go drive to her home and try and get it.  Then complain about the "great" Zidane when he bites you.  Of course....all will be forgiven if Zidane breeds the "Titled Bitch."
 

Please, please....enough.  As for Sherlock???? Riiiiiiight......More like Nancy Drew and 'The Case of the Ex-Friend, So-so (Possible) Rip-Off Breeder'.  Key plot words.....IF SHE HAD ONLY COMMUNICATED.  Stay tuned.

I like the post of  " profile of a sociopath". Gives us more insite as to why some do what they do.
I know some like that!
Hope all works out for you getting your money back.
I am sure there will be more posts about these types of dealings.
