I'm doing much better this time, too! Slept great last night....today I'm sore & achy...oh, & the hairs coming out in big chunks...Cry Smile ! I thought if I shaved it it wouldn't come out as bad....oh well! Time to get wiggy with it! Got a cool cancer sucks hat, too!
ok, out to brush the dogs!

Oh, & Lady Frost...tried that bark stopper thing...used it for 1 hour! No more barking... We took the battery out, mission accomplished! Too cool!

Hi Jackie,

I am so glad this time seems beter than the last. I was concerned you might have the same reaction to the Neulasta as last time, which is what prompted me to write my last post. You know, it was never a thought in my mom's mind to give up either. I am guessing you are getting treatment every three weeks. At least it gives your body a chance to recover before the next treatment. I remember with my mom the day after the chemo was always a great day due to the premed steroids, but the following few days left her very tired and then she felt better and better each day after that.

Thanks you for your sweet and kind words. My mom set an example of what it really meant to have faith and a positive attitide. She was so kind, compassionate, loving, soft, generous and humble, but was the strongest person I've ever known. Everything I know about you leads me to believe you are very similar.

Hang in there, Jackie. Still sending prsyers for you. Xxxx

StarrChar, that is exactly as it is. Today is a very difficult day, from the Neulasta, but the new meds are making it a little easier. And thank you for your kindness, I'm not sure if you realize how much it means to me! I thank you with all my heart!
Nans, I am fighting, just today, I need to rest, too! Thank you for your encouragement! jackie harris

Hope you are feeling better.  I do not get on PDB very often, but I have prayed for you.  My sister-in-law is going through chemo right now.  She is fighting breast cancer.  My mom had breast cancer 21 years ago...she beat it and it has never returned.  Hang in there!  God bless you!
