Thank you, tearfully, thank you so.... My Ansgar is crawled into her crate & hiding ....Beckett is also in his crate, head out & watching my every move, his big soulful eyes look almost teary....even Lil' Bit looks sad today. And they are as quiet as mice....they know. They know so much more than we give them credit for. Sometimes I think they feel my thoughts. jackie harris

Jackie: are you taking any vitamins? Adult women over 50. 500 mg Magnesium. w zinc.
I take mine every evening. As a nurse u know the benefit of keeping daily amount for relief of muscle cramp etc. Joints n tendons helped
U know if able to take but many forget our minerals get depleted. Sending prayer for a painful night and relief

Hoping today was a better day for you, Jackie, and that you were able to spend it resting and being fussed over by Carl and the dogs, enjoying some nice, hot green tea and staying snuggled up and warm.

Sorry to hear you are in pain Jackie. Sending healing thoughts your way and hoping you feel a little better today. You know how sharing the pain does help to ease the burden just a tiny bit.....so don't ever think of it as whining, think of it as sharing

Jan, Travels, Hexe, Abby, thank you so much. The pain is receding little by little, also my hair is starting to fall out, just bit by bit, no big clumps yet, but sooner than I thought it would. 
my sister-in-law went on a scarf buying mission for me! Yay! Thanks Colleen, now if it starts
coming out in clumps, I'll be ready!

What a pretty face you have Kalibeck!!! You look like what I thought you'd look like since you are so kind and caring. And get a wild colored or designed scarf, so you can laugh at it. I have not posted, but prayers and good thoughts have gone upwards!!! So, as a dear dear friend used to say to me ~~ you be good and I will be careful. Get your rest!!
My little dog and I just lost her beloved step mom, but thank goodness little dog was given to me as I have found she has physical health issues that need caring for. When you get well, there will be a doggie who will need your loving care. So rest, so that you can hurry up and get well. Great big good wishes to you!!!
