You say that everyone has lied and can't be trusted and everything else. You sure are throwing rocks while in a glass house.
On your website you advertise your main brood bitch Perla Neresnická dolina.
On your site you describe her as.....
Female, hips good, elbows normal, DNA. Perla is the FOUNDATION bitch here at Mountainlake for our Police and PPD dogs. I have yet to see a bad hip....."
You state, "hips good, elbows normal". That is different from what her PED on PDB shows. She is listed as "BORDERLINE". That surely doesn't match your website. http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/dog.html?id=623613
But if you go to OFA's website, they list Perla's hips as "MILD". There is no elbow score.
http://www.offa.org/display.html?appnum=1402908#animal
Perla only has 7 progeny listed on her page and NONE of them have hip scores listed.
So what is the truth here? You call everyone else a liar and every name under the sun but something isn't right on your page that to me is more severe than a "kennel name".

I have no idea how long Wade waited to say anything about the ear, but the sooner the better. Dog could have been bit by a spider or snake, had an injury in his kennel or a fight after he was sold. Anyone buying a pup should have it checked at the vets upon arrival, usually contracts give 72 hrs after the pup is picked up by the owner. Any concerns health or conformation wise should have been addressed then and commented on by a vet. Make note of it somewhere so that if it doesn't correct itself in time, you have a leg to stand on, it was noted in the beginning, not caused by you or an accident. If Wade wasn't concerned enough at 8 weeks old when he received the pup, how can he accuse Jiri of duping him about the ear?
So nice to see who is rational and who is not about purchases. Many should make a mental, if not physical list based from threads like these, on who NOT to sell a puppy to.

read people.
wade said: "all breeders warrant any defective things on dogs. this i am sure is a genetic issue as since he raised his ears the right one has been this way. we are talking 4 months as he is now over 7 mo. old
hans has been aware of this as long as i have been. he kepy saying it will straighten up. it hasn't and it never will."

I also read that Wade requested a pup out of this specific bitch, is this not correct info? What is hearsay and what is fact. The only fact I can focus on is that this guy didn't verify the ped on the pup he purchased before sending funds and the fact that no pictures have yet shown the extent of the ear issue, even Hans has said as much.

As I was going about my "real life" business, I got to thinking about just how disturbed someone would have to be to behave in the manner that Wade has, and I began to feel guilty for getting involved and staying involved long past the point where his problems became evident, and long past when I should've taken the higher road. Clearly, the man has enough problems, so I apologize.

jen said "I don't know how many times I have said this, but I can't seem to get a straight denial...did he or did he not ONLY drag Hans into this AFTER he had a problem?"
but jiri doesn't speak english, so it would seem jen you really do not know what you are talking about. who told jiri that wade wanted a certain dog if it wasn't hans? i think you really have no clue but you like to act like you do. seems if jiri does not speak english and wade does not speak czech someone had to relay to jiri what was wanted so it appears hans was involved from day one.

if hans is not involved then why this statement?
"As far as the ear goes if it is genetic we offer to replace the dog. Everything is discussed in our warranty in detail. Wade if I remember right reading some of the e-mails exchanged by you and Hans he has offered to go above and beyond the warranty, not even knowing for sure that the ear is genetic."
Thanks
