Bhaugh....damn that is fucked up and I really feel for you. I hope you find something ASAP. Indeed.com is a great search engine.Make sure to steal something on your way out the door. :) How long do you think you have before they start layoffs?

I'm sorry to hear that Bhaugh, how scary. :(
All the best finding work.
I noticed too that Sable59 -Wade, is selling some dogs (downsizing) because of his health. I am really sorry to hear that Sable59, (if you are still reading the PDB) hoping and praying things improve.

on my mind today.......
why do Hospitals (i am sure other organizations do the same thing) have a million and one policies on Fire safety??? I mean are you freaking kidding me?
Fire Safety Policy
Fire Drill Policy
Fire Response Plan
Fire Response to Code Red
Fire Safety Evacuation
Building Compartmentalization for fire and smoke
Fire Risk Assessment
Fire Regulations and Life safety Codes policy
Fire Plan - departmental requirements.
and I was dumb enough to volunteer to review and combine and eliminate any duplicates....OMG..what was I thinking? its like people never delete (kill old policies) .........so much for nice and easy Friday!...my brain is in overload...and its freaky because you read something and you think...i just read that..where is it?..ok, is it the same? is it different? what do I need to keep..is Evacuation part need to be there? do they need to know what smoke compartment is prior to evacuation portion or should that be taken out and placed under regulations since you will not have time to read it during actual code red?...
I think its 100 times easier to start over fresh than to correct someone elses years of madness....but i cant be the one re- inventing the wheel and researching NFPA codes....
.....its starting to sound like a weekend project ..:(

Why do dogs always vomit by the phone? I mean there is nothing more fun than running to the phone, sliding 40 feet crashing into the counter and having to answer the phone professionally. Meanwhile you are standing there with the entire contents of your GSDs last trip to the lake on your bare foot . All this has to be handled with decorum..... Why do I have dogs????

by laura271 on 24 June 2011 - 21:06
@brynjulf- Ha! My husband's Siamese cat would always vomit in his slippers. Nothing like sliding your barefoot into a shoe full of warm vomit. My husband still refuses to wear slippers even though the cat has been dead for a few years; he refuses to ever own a cat again (Urry was pretty evil).

That is so nasty.

why do cats insist on bringing left overs of their kill to the house?????
I been smelling dead rotting smell for about 2 weeks now...i could not pin point it..somewhere by the front door...it reeked of dead something.....this weekend while doing front yard work, i decided to trim HUGE butterfly bush..i mean huge..its as tall as the house and wide enough to cover 1/4 of the house....Anyways....i should have taken pictures....
I found:
birds skeletons, 2-3 of them
feathers...fur....
rabbit feet few pairs...
a couple of squrl. tails and small feet
and a few pounds of guts...i mean fresh, dry, with maggots on it...guts...
i swear after this cat i will never have another outside cat again....it was great when she took care of the rat issue in the back yard where neighbors have pile of junk against the fence...but to keep bringing someone else rodents to our FRONT yard and leaving it under a bush by front door..is way too much to handle...i was unable to clean it up...i wanted to vomit so bad, i broke out in hives from gaging....i think i will have to hire someone to do it...or should i just cover it with fresh layer of dirt?...either way..i get chills thinking about it..

I finally watched the movie, The Social Network the other day.
Better than I thought it would be.
He sure screwed over some people including his best friend in the process.
I guess if in the end your a billionaire, it doesn't matter.
