In the picture, the left ear is folded back at the tip. I assume it was the wind.

Yes, even the rowdiest workdog will have their gentledog moments. Just you wait and see. This puppy has the eyes that says he can lick a child until they giggle and be the worst nightmare of a stranger reaching for the child; true meaning of a gentledog. :-)

Ohhhh, gotcha. I thought you were referring to something about his ear that would be apparent at adulthood.

His ears do something different every day. LOL

Yes, he is a very good dog. Very mature, very serious, smart, in tune with me...really nice. If I was in the mood to do the "musical males" game again, I'd probably keep him. 

Yeah, males.... Max is turning 2 soon, and full of all the male stuff. I love him to death, but I am remembering why my personal dogs have always been female. :-)

I don't know Jen, I think he's nothing but a wreck... heck if I was his breeder I would want to hide him from the public. So you can just send him my way & no one will ever know ;)

Northwoods, ironically, I've been ridiculed for that, lol. On another forum, some joker kept bringing up the blues in a thread that had nothing to do with them, like he'd discovered some dirty secret I was trying to hide. Every time I'd post, he'd retort something about my blue "crosses" LOL. Yep, so embarrassed and ashamed. I'll lie, cheat, and steal to keep them a secret. And post them on the biggest international forum. 

While I would never intentionally breed for blue, these pups were so nice that I would definitely breed another bitch to their sire even though he carries for blue. Simple to test which pups carry and which don't if someone is so inclined.
