Does anyone have a name/pedigree/picture of a VA male or female like the one in my original post ?...And just for clarification the dog I posted is a Black/Red SL stock coated dark sable??..

You might take a look at the results of the "Bundessiegerzuchtschau" - for some years coats are allowed now.
For clarification: "Officially" the dog you showed is a long stock coat black and tan ( don´t see "sable" in there? )

Your dog looks like a a Black red longhair with generous black mask. Most VA WGSL produce dogs like that. the color quality in your picture is tops Ruger.

Susie, I understood what you meant; I know that's a common translation problem. Your dog is just gorgeous. I'd be thrilled if this boy turns out like that, though again, he's only 1/2 SL so I'm not getting my hopes up on that;-)

Jenny, Ando didn´t live that far away from me - I have seen several GREAT looking coats out of him ( and several "real" working dogs out of him, too).
Chances are not that bad - I´d love to see your pups!

I'm not sure my female carries for coats. I know her mother does, but not sure about her. I may test her. I will say most my pups have had nice coats, so even if he takes after his sire's coat and isn't truly coated, pigment is great on both sides and I think he could be quite a looker.
What is your dog's pedigree? I'm sorry if I missed it. He is just stunning. I'm so ignorant about most showlines.....

You won´t find him here - when I got him coats still were banned - I never entered him to any database, and that´s fine
