so what would be the FCI's limit on what is breedable? Or do they not have one?

A B C hips are all breedable. This equates to A 1 A2 A3 or the OFA system . Czech Republic CMKU uses a different system than any of these though.

ibred perla (who had good hips from slovica and ofa'd mild after having 2 litters) to errie when mike had him and never had a bad hip or elbow.matter of fact,i never have gotten a bad hip or elbow from her.i feed raw from the time they can eat and try and keep them lean.maby that is one reason i have had no hip problems.good generics are no doubt a plus but there are other things i worry about in their genetic makeup other than hip ratings,i would not, however, bred a dog with severe hips or any other defect i know about.

Um why is OFA Fair in the Borderline row on that chart? Fair is not Borderline; Borderline is Borderline.
