PINERIDGE

wow - she looks awesome !! especially at what can be a "gawkey" age. and ditto above -- soo balanced and a lovely front--it's too bad we have to have TWO kinds of shepherds. Ive got a pretty nice 5 1/2 month old boy who'd love to date her (and more) - hahhaha !!

Thanks! She's still a little awkward haha. And pineridge, what do you mean by two different kinds of shepherds? Like show and working lines?

yes -- and there are further divisions - of course specialty and all breed dogs --- and I assume some E.German vs. Czech lines - etc. I have crossed e.german with show lines 2 or three times - and my 5 year old is a V "show" bitch - bred to a very good conforation working line - Quay vom haus Pruckner (he's in the data base) and i knew that the pup I got would not be like either parent - but hoped for a good combo-- He is very sweet -- and he moves very easy - but more like a wolf than a ground covering specialty dog - that's for sure -- his eyes are a bit too light for his black face -- and his coat is "different" -- (but not long) - and we won't talk about that - hehehe -- He's the poster boy for "bed head" ... but he's very sweet and we love him -and he can't reproduce - so the GSD world is safe !! tee heee but wait - this is supposed to be about your puppy !!! She's really got that 'look' -- smart - determined - and looking for trouble, I'm sure !!! All the best

Ha yea, I'm still learning all of the different lines and the best crosses of the lines. I didn't expect Tala to be an LC, but it's starting to look that way. Oh well, she out-works most dogs I've met, which was why I got her. Ha yes, always looking for trouble. I can't count the times I've said "No, don't eat that!" or "No, don't chew that", or "Stop digging!" since I've gotten her :)
