The studs that  kennels that have Developed top producing females use, are always of interest to me.(Especially if they use the stud with the top producing female).  One of the keys to my having procured so many pups from dogs unseen and none are spooks or nervy, besides being very meticulous about the pedigrees;  especially if coming from across the pond, I want a puppy from a female that was bred and worked by the kennel. It stands to reason that the female they kept out of the litter was probably the strongest. This holds true when looking deeper into a potential sire .....I look to see what kennels with strong females, or noted females are using this stud. That speaks volumes to me.....I know it isnt foolproof, but nothing is....but I find the percentages very high in getting good pup.

Gustav;
Words of wisdom and experience in your post above.

But now you have given away your ancient Chinese secret smiley

There won't be any good puppies left now-way to go

@ Workingdogs....lol...as long as people make what they like the primary criteria for selection I will be fine. lol. The culture of today is too strong....and the experts of the culture of today are too many....I will always be able to find great dogs because I still have some secrets ....lol....that I use that will remain with me....haha. Anyway workingdogs....some people think that reasoning like above is dinosaur!!!!

Koach, REALLY look at what he is producing.  He himself is a fantastic dog with a great pedigree. It's all I'm saying on a public forum, research research research.  My biggest fear is that this guy is going to become a highly used stud....
