Do all the medical tests that everyone recommends; the money is well spent.
Do not do it to make money. It is not there.
Be prepared to make hard decisions if needed; not for you, but for what is best for the puppies.
If your gut says something is wrong, SOMETHING IS WRONG. No matter what every vet in the world tells you.

Everyone else. Please give good advise, not just the lecture. Make a list of everything they need to do before deciding on the mating. That goes further than anything else.
