Serouisly ghostly i think he has valid questions about your breeding dogs.

Also if you want to dish out stuff about other people be man enough to take what is thrown back at you.

And your threats to him is kinda childish.  My daddy will beat your daddy.

by desert dog on 28 May 2012 - 20:05

You are not being treated any different than anyone else. He has to sign off on every new member, but to my knowlege no one has ever been rejected. But I have heard others say it took a day or so to get accepted. But he's not hard to find. Just more drama. Well said gsd (admin)

Wow that was funny. I for one would never buy a dog from you sir nor would I want to run into your cop cousins. To be fair, what responses do you have for the questions that Hans has put to your flawed breeding program? I hope that the Admin doens't take this down, I really would like to hear you justify your breeding program. Here's a link to the question that Hans put to you: http://www.alpinek9forums.com/open-letter-to-shepherdsbydesignk9-t982.html

as Desert Dog mentioned, he doesn't go in and add people every day, but he does add everyone eventually.

YIKES! HERE ARE THE CONCERNS  I BET GHOSTLY'S PRAYING THAT THIS THREAD SOMEHOW DISSAPEARS. LOL.

"I am not going to be ambiguous or insulting like you usually are, but I will ask you some legitimate questions, which should concern you and should concern your potential customers:
1.Why don't you worry about your suprisingly genetically improper studs and breedings? For example. Why would you use as a stud dog Narys Policia Slovakia ( Sire of your next stud Ghost) Why would you use such dog as a foundation stud of your breeding program?
http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_ ... ?id=457353
Stud which is linebred 4-4 on Grischa vd Schwartzen Milan, probably THE most famous dog for producing bad hips and elbows? That alone would not be that bad. After all Grisha is way back of same of my dog's pedigrees, but to ad an insult to an injury on top of it Naris, your foundation stud himself, has B hips which according to OFA is an equivalent to OFA borderline hip dysplasia and on top of that again in Narisi's pedigree are more dogs with "B" hips and worse of all dogs with "C" hips , which is actually equal to OFA mild displasia? One each of these conditions is not that bad, but to use a stud with combination of these as a foundation stud because he has big head and is good looking is a testimony to the lack of knowledge of basic genetics or sign of total disregard and disservice towards the German shepherd breed or the people who trust you and are buying pups from you.
Also:
2.How come that you do not guarantee behavior problems or temperament of your pups? What are you afraid of ? How can you make statements like this ?
Quote from your warranty:
The puppy’s temperament is not a health matter. Temperament is usually related to the puppy’s training and environment, which is beyond Seller’s control. Seller makes no representations or warranties with respect to the puppy’s behavior or temperament.

Don't you understand that temperament is often matter of genetics. By the way your warranty nowhere claims general warranty of genetic problems.

3.How come you do not warranty genetically faulty ears?
Quote from your warranty :
If they are not standing by 4 1/2 months......The ears must be taped for a period of 4 weeks starting at 4 1/2 months.......The Puppy will not be replaced for soft ears unless these procedures are followed
Don't you understand that promoting faulty ears by taping them while serving your wallet well, is a disservice to the breed?

4.How come that you do not understand that hips, ban injury are always caused by poor genetics?
Quote from your warranty:
Puppies can develop bad hips as result of over feeding or over exercising. It is Buyer's responsibility to keep the Puppy thin throughout its first year of life.......A clear photo of the Puppy must be taken with the date noted if a vet or the Buyer suspects hip dysplasia.
Are you going to refuse warranty on hips if the dog is not thin according to your subjective evaluation of said photography?

5.How come that you guarantee the health for 48 hr only? Are you aware that many diseases ( like Parvo , Distemper and so on) have incubation period much longer then that?
Quote of the warranty:
The puppy’s general health is guaranteed for 48 hours after it leaves Seller’s address,

Mr. Posejpal, it is a free world and you can do what ever you want. However there are always consequences. Thus my heart felt advice to you is not to throw stones while you, yourself are living in very fragile glass house.
I suggest that you leave me and Jiri out of your topics on different forums and I promise you I will leave you out of my topics. However if you want a war I may rescind my promise to myself and reenter the arena of PDB or other sites in order to point out in very specific way your practices. My and Jiri's website are viewed every day by thousands of people. Please keep in mind, that if you continue these attacks, that as a defenese of our honor, our breeding program and of quality of our dogs we will post this and other topics about you right on our home page.

Nope not looking for it to go away just would like Hans to address his comments which were kindly posted above. Nothing more.  He points out that our Narys was bred 4/4 on Grisha and I'm aware of his pedigree. My breeding program doesn't solely stand on Narys breeding nor have I had any of his litters here since he was brought back here from Canada to retire here with his mate

The puppy’s general health is guaranteed for 48 hours after it leaves Seller’s address,

Is solely for those that don't bring their pups to a vet and later months later become sick from something that is out of our control. We guarantee for hips, elbows, and any genetic issue should it arise, but if a pup comes down with a sickness like parvo months after the said pup leaves than the said pup picked it up from some where other than our kennel. Up til ole Hans made a point to bring this up, I have never had this issue ever come to my attention

Puppies can develop bad hips as result of over feeding or over exercising. It is Buyer's responsibility to keep the Puppy thin throughout its first year of life.......A clear photo of the Puppy must be taken with the date noted if a vet or the Buyer suspects hip dysplasia.

We all know that having an over weight pup is generally not good for a dogs hips or elbows, yes genetics too can play a role on them too. I also guarantee them for the first 28 months of life for any genetic issues including hips and elbows. I have seen many breeders out there that only guarantee hips and elbows for 12 months and require the pup back before they are replaced which doesn't happen here. how could someone be required to give up their pup just for a replacement which some breeders prey on their clients feelings and hope one doesn't just give up their said pup

The puppy’s temperament is not a health matter. Temperament is usually related to the puppy’s training and environment, which is beyond Seller’s control. Seller makes no representations or warranties with respect to the puppy’s behavior or temperament.

Yes a puppies temperament can come from genetics, but also can come from lack of exposure to different environments.  Our pups leave here with great temperaments and haven't had to replace one pup due to temperament issues.

I don't make my contract so that there are many loop holes that would allow my kennel to hide behind. also in 15 years I have only had to replace one pup in which the client shown me proof of their claims.  I NEVER send a sick pup out to a client which Hans has done number of times

Ghostly, You don't have the courage to log on to Hans forum, and you want people to take you seriously. ? Any/ all breeders are going to have imperfect pups if they breed enough. and not all people are going to be happy with resolution. Mistakes can be made. besides offering replacement what more can be expected? After reading your guarantee, I'm glad i got my dog from Hans, he stands behind his dogs he puts it in writing no time limit. no return of original dog no requuirement for spay/ neuter. I think you need to go take some lessons in integrity and manners. from Don. Yes I know Mr Gidcumb. I remember when he got Charlie. I knew all of his dogs I also know they haven't been truly tested in generations in the working world and yet they seem to be major part of your breeding program. I don't know what your problem is but either log on or get over it. trudy hayna

 THayna

I think you had better look closer at his guarantee. He requires the said dog back along with paperwork. it is right under guarantee of dysplasia.  As for coming to his site, i have tried but haven't been approved by Hans yet and have been waiting 2 weeks now

As for Don Gidcumb, i have never met the man nor do I base my kennel off of his dogs so again you might want to get your information correct before you comment

by THayna on 29 May 2012 - 03:05

Ghostly, I don't have to look closer I have personal experience. Hans sttod behind his guarantee even more than I expected. don't go slinging slop. its landing on you. I had already checked out your website that's where I saw the Gidcumb dogs. I stand by all of my statements. and I bet Don really could help you with your manners. he truly is a Gentleman have a nice life Trudy Hayna

I'm glad to hear you are happy with your Alpine dog and all.  As for all the dogs on my site that come from Gidcumb, I have a female there named Tara von Buelow.  Her dam comes from Don's breedings, but to say I base my breeding program off his dogs is like saying Hans has never screwed any of his clients.
