I also get a few white toes here and there, I used to say "what the...",usually they grow out, or fade out. There are plenty of lines that produce tippy toes.(as long as thats all it is).

There are plenty of lines that produce a white spot on the chest as well; its become more common with West German dogs and thus more common in UK dogs. Its never reckoned to be particularly important, "if thats all it is"; 'though personally I don't like it much.
I am much more concerned with the other stuff the OP wrote, than whether this litter has little white toes and/or a small white bib, or whether they have b... great white patches all over their faces like "Panda Shepherds".

My first question is/??? DID you witness this breeding?
Have you ask for a DNA of the pups ,? If not get her a letter now.
HAVE you been to see pups/?
Did you have a written agreement to your part in this Questionable breeding?
Do not sign your part of the breeders application until the DNA of these two are done and then submit the pups as proof of sire /as the only sire
I smell a skunk~!!
You need to have learned a valuable lesson..Never let anyone use your dog for breeding that you know nothing about...OR DO NOT go breeding for a pup from someone you know nothing about ..both ways is asking for disaster.
