I Hutch works incredibly well, but I don't compete with him.  My latest litter from him produced extremely well, some five month puppy pics below, linebreeding on Nick and Yoschy.

  Rocky                                                                                Rudy

  Rook                                                                                  Rogue

  Roxey                                                                                Riley

Good catch.  I knew that, but was trying to think of any current "notable" competitors that could carry the Tiekerhook legacy, and made a mistake with my choice of words.  Not many noteworthy mentionables, but Koos doesn't breed so frequently, either.

Lol.... well there is a usca world team member who has a littermate to the pup in my avatar. They are opal x noeska pups. They are 8mo old now. Mine will retrieve the dumbell over the hurdle and the wall :) I really like this female. She is my next competition dog providing all the health checks are good. Kurt. I think you will see more tiekerhook dogs in high level competition in the future.

Beautiful puppies I especially like; Rudy, Rook, & Riley. Good luck with them.

It's a shame the Tiekerhook dogs aren't used more in breeding programs.

  I like ROOK too.

Who is the dam of this litter?

Is Hutch ofad?  He sure is healthy looking.

He actually looks like Orthos in the face and that may be his color too, lending the similiarity, and having WENDY  as his mom and same mother side off of Esthera and Beauty..

vomeisenhaus,
Sound like you are happy with your Opal pup. I have an Opal daughter that I really like.

If I was going to pick a stud I would choose Max 1.  I dont see Max 2 being the hardest dog Koos has owned but I could be wrong, Max 2 is nice. I do like what he throws.

That's what Koos says, so it seems silly to contradict that.  Who do you think was harder?

No, Hutch has not been OFA'd, but I plan to eventually, moreso to satisfy the critics than any other reason.

The litter's mother is Nyx Skocicka samota and the litter's pedigree is http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/dog.html?id=734674

Wow, no OFA's, no titles and pumping out litters for sale.

And the dam to the litter wasn't even 2--awesome!

You may want to join our Virtual Schutzhund Association

Koos and the breeder of Nyx must be so proud.

i think, its uncorrect to ask, what Dog is better, if dogs was in a different time.
I have a Max's grandsone.
