hi,
everything stated above is correct.
i have a 3/4 checz 1/4 ddr puppy.
he just turned 15 months. i had the same problem as before. he is much better.
but took me forever to correct this, we would go to schz classes, to build confidence. and everyone at the club would just have food/treats and he would make the decision to apporach the person. and he would get a treat. now when i walk hes good, just inores the people or object.
except when we are walking and someone elses dog started barking at me, then he clicks and go nuts. but that's just the lines. border patrol dog..
this takes alot of time, be patience, and when u go for a walk bring treats, when someone is coming your way. TELL your dog to sit or platz. and the dog has to always have eyes contact, feed when u get it. and over time your dog wont pay attention to anyone when a command is giving.
worked for my puppy.
