Trustworthy German Trainers? - Page 2

The person I sent Hero to trains only one extra dog at a time and he prefers only working line dogs and he's super expensive. He does it as a hobby and not full time job. T Floyd has a very long waiting list and only accepts dogs with over the top drives (working lines), and is super expensive. Dave Croyer is the same, excellent trainer here in Texas, but super expensive, only take certain dogs in and has a very long waiting list.

Jyota is 11 months and can do all the various tasks for a BH and she is biting solidly on a sleeve - with a good mix of prey and aggression drives - deep calm grip every time. I jog her beside a bike for a 2 or 3 miles multiple days a week (all I risk prior to x-rays). She is already retrieving a dumbbell on the flat too.

Even with all of this, the trainers in USA want 6 months ($6000+++) to put a BH, AD, SchH1 and KKL on her..... its not practical. I understand that the trainers want to get the very best out for their clients, but I don't need a dog that gets 90+ in each part of SchH, I would be happy with 75's. USA trainers just don't seem to understand this. They want the dogs to be perfect..... for a working dog its important but not so much for the show lines.
