Poor Baby. Thank God she has you to ease her out of her pain, and will know she is in loving, caring hands when she heads for the bridge. I'll be thinking of you both today.

I am so sorry Steph. At least you gave her soft bed and good home for her last week and half of life. You are such an angel. Godspeed beautiful, sweet Brooke.

Thanks all, it is hard even only knowing her such a short time, she was just such a sweet natured girl...she went peacefully and is in no more pain.....I think sometimes I love these dogs too much, wonder why I don't cry when a human dies....the shits!!!

The owners had purchased her to breed her, then she had 2 accidental litters before she was 3 yrs old....thank God they got her fixed after that...
