Yes he is .
The tuffs on the inside of the ears and on the backside of the ears is the other give away!
He is a longstock coat but on the shorter end of the scale for length of hair on the body.
Some are like Collies others are just a little longer on the top and sides then a plush coat. But the ear hair is always there.
