No she had 3 pups from another sire at the time to sell plus the one I sent back. That makes 4. She then had a litter of 6 in Dec. and sold them. That makes 10. Then she sold a puppy to another women from a different breeder without paying the breeder for the puppy.That makes 11.
So she sold a puppy that she had not paid for and did not have papers of ownership but sold the puppy anyway without paying the other breeder. How do you like those apples!
That's getting pretty low on the food chain when you sell someone elses dog without even paying for it!
just my thoughts, mahon Ps. Look at the same thread on general topics board to see the original e-mail to and from her and the pic of the puppies.

If you can prove fraud, you can always file a criminal case with the local law enforcement agency where the breeder resides.

If the police dept. in Alabama is anything like ours they will tell you that it is a civil matter. I have already called the DA's office and have not heard back from them yet.

I think it is great that you took the time to warn people about the problems you have had getting your money back. Without this type of feedback we are all subject ot the same type of fate regardless of whether it is Marlene or someone else. We all have to watch out for each other.
By the way, the Alabama K9 web site has been down for quite some time, which is probably a good indication of where things stand with Alabama K9's business in general. Stay vigilant and hopefully you will still get your money back.

One thing for sure, a lot of people have been forwarned and then they can make up thier own minds. I met the lady in person and had no clue she would do anything like this. So you can imagine how many people she could screw over the phone that wanted a Zidane puppy.
Not many people have access to breed to Zidane and that makes it hard to get one without going through her. However I will go through the other owner or Mr. Hudson next time and the hell with her ever getting another dime from me. I still haven't given up on the $1,000.00 yet just have to wait until I go back to Alabama.
Hell I even offered to let her breed to my KKL 1, V rated bitch and she would not respond. Don't think she gives a damn about doing whats right.

I wish I had been aware of it 4 years ago. However I am very aware now and a little bent over her lack of morals and character.
It may take notifying people on the board once a month or so.
People like her need to be stopped in thier tracks.
