Thank you all for the kind words (Jen, GSDPack,Sitasmom, Dawulf and Botanica).  Yes he is a vey handsome fellow.  His looks are annoying too since i am at the bottom of list as far as good looks.  When out people all say "wow your (Wife, daughter, dog) are really beautiful.  lol.  Oh well, i guess there are more important things to worry about

Yes we do need to see the other pups from the litter, i actually woudn't mind seeing pups from the following litter too.

Perhaps I am single minded here, but amoung your GORGEOUS dog pictures, I found myself wondering; "what camera is it that he/she uses?" I know you said Canon, but well, that's a pretty broad term :)

Beautiful boy, happy birthday to him, he is one of the prettiest long coats I've seen. I'm not a long coat fan by any means, but I can see how he'd steal your heart ;)

Thanks much Brandi and DDRCzechfan.  Yeah i actually am not a long coat or black dog fan and hey look i got one that i adore

The camera is a Canon EOS Rebel xsi with a very cheap $100 50mm Canon lens that i really love.  The lens takes great pics for people starting up and not a lot of disposable money for a super lens.  Great to learn on.  Like i said i took much better photos before i got the smart phone and got used to the point and shoot again.

Someone mentioned this to Jen some months ago and i hadn't thought of it either but you don't see a LSC bi-color often or at all.  He so far is the only one i know of.  Not anything really special about that but just very interesting genetically.

We should start a thread to post bicolor LSCs. I honestly can't think of another. I think he is so gorgeous. Had there been one in this past litter, I may have kept him for myself.   Coated or not, Bravo is a hell of a dog that I am very proud to have bred. I thought that would be a good cross, but environment plays a key role and (especially for a relative "newbie"!) you have done amazingly well with him.

The temperament of her LSCs has been fabulous; just a TOUCH more laid back, with definite aggression and just all-around great dogs. I am hearing similar things about Chaos and I'm sure we would've heard the same about Cierny, RIP....although I cannot ever picture that girl being what I'd call "laid back". I do think Chaos and Bravo are very similar, based on my experience with them very young and what I hear now.

I am hoping Botanica posts Chaos' most recent pics. I hear he's a superstar everywhere he goes!

Thanks for the praise Jen.  Honestly i don't really know what i am doing differently as opposed to what someone else is at home, but it seems to be working.

I have seen some recent Chaos pics and he looks awesome, really nice.  I always liked the dark sables, and he is a nice representation.

Honestly, I think you're not overthinking it as some do, not putting goals and points ahead of your relationship with him, and just letting him do what he is naturally inclined to do- be your buddy, your partner, family member...friend who would do anything for you. Gosh, am I getting romantic in my old age. LOL

Here is Chaos, pictures from Sunday and today. Now if I can only figure out how to stack him properly and take a picture at the same time...

Happy Birthday Bravo!

What handsome boys Bravo and Chaos are.  As for them being more laid back, Cierny had a DEFINATE off switch and she was a big, big sweetheart.  She was amazing in the house and super calm so long as there wasn't another dog around.  Then it was play time.  Loved cuddling with me and my cat.
Chaos is gorgeous and I agree, I don't think I've ever seen another LSC bicolor.  I look forward to seeing what these boys accomplish in the future!

Chaos looks great!

I guess I only heard about Cierny when she was being naughty. LOL  Most of Capri's pups have super nice "off switches" despite their wild temperament at times. That's one of my favorite things about her. Cierny was such a little hellion though as a tiny one that I guess I wouldn't have counted on her being as calm as the others. I sure wish she could've gotten to grow up.
