For what its worth - here's my WL bitch, stacked at our most recent show in november (14 months old)
Stacked at the Sieger Show (around 6 months old)
And here she is just standing (she was younger here - probably 4-5 months?)
Shes gotten phenomenal show critiques, the judges even thought she was a show/work mix, but she has good movement, is agile and fast as hell, and has thus far proven to be healthy and have correct temperament and drives to do pretty much anything, even conformation. She in my novice opinion, has correct structure for the breed.

I beg your pardon for posting again on this thread, but I had to show you what I think is a very good moderate structure of a GSD ( as Gustav says, functional structure). I wouldn't mind if he was a bit larger, maybe pasterns need to be a bit firmer !
